John McCartney and Vote
Today 13:35
Have checked how these "votes cast" resolutions work and it is as I thought. It is indeed not 25% of the total shareholding but 25% of the votes cast. This means that John McCartney's decision to use his 5.96% shareholding to vote against delisting is very, very significant indeed. Could be pivotal in seeing off this resolution.

Look at Rns Dec 2012 VSA and then look at mkt cap. This is why Ive been buying so many and on the basis de-list will not get enough votes.

:)

Back to 4p on confirmation of such. Do you want to pay 1.3p or 4p?

VSA -- Net assets at 30 September 2012: GBP1,735,075 (H1 2011: GBP502,690).

-- Cash balance at 30 September 2012: GBP1,019,097 (H1 2011: GBP414,150) with a further GBP562,000 receivable in January 2013 in respect of a transaction completed in the prior period.

This isnt even upto date yet and so there will be more to add to this number and of course this is only the votes they have been told about. All the others voting against it who have not indicated still to add to this :)

April 11th

So far we have up to 16.85% of share holders promising to vote against the resolution. This includes a promised no to delisting vote from 5.69% shareholder John McCartney

Guys VSA I keep telling ya. I bet you any money Rns will be coming soon same as IMTK. Look at investor support for VSA its even stronger than IMTK and then its back up she goes. Its fallen from 4p. See chart.

Dont say I didnt say. I now have loads of VSA and expect more of a rise than IMTK

Well well well I was right about those suspicious multiple account buys, not 2 but 3 all seconds apart, bet the market makers would like to know who is behind those illegal multiple trades, I always knew you were dodgy Topinfo but this is a new low now, no way you still hold the other 150k you bought and all this ramping is a smoke screen to dumping for a quick profit, you did the same with CMCP, multiple account buying and dumping if I recall correctly ?

Could another option for shareholders be to call an EGM with a view to removing the directors? I think you need 10% to do this? You have this support already.

I remember you saying that to me and others when I bought CWR and 2p and 1.4p and then it 8 bagged. You said same when I bought NEOS at 0.1p and it went to 0.75p!

Enough said you are and always have been a clown.

Neos is somewhat different in that John Teeling has a vested interest and upped his position in order to command the outcome of the voting
