18/12/2012 09:32 | Hopefully first of many this half. 06/12/2012 07:25 | AAAP has made it's first investment. Got to assume vsa will take up the warrants, as Monk runs both companies. I think VSA own about 17% of AAAP so am assuming they have a similar % of warrants. Interims will be interesting. Not sure if it will show a profit. But I think VSA have been quite busy post period. Cash position will hopefully show further improvement with additional payment of last periods raising. | poombear
05/12/2012 09:51 | Interims were out on 8th December last year, so could be published anyday now. Shouldnt be too difficult to beat last years H1 loss of 600,000 GBP. A move into profit for H1 would IMO be confirmation of the improvement shown in H2 last year, albeit that H2 was skewed by big contract. Considering the market cap is only ca 1.5m, with net assets exceeding this amount, these are potentially multi-baggers at this price. | jaygino
25/11/2012 08:48 | Interesting development from the Dart Ipo. www.menafn.com/menaf Apart from delay in completion, any idea if this is good news for VSA? | poombear
01/11/2012 08:37 | Topped up this morning - got a feeling this could get moving very shortly | jaygino
29/10/2012 21:28 | Nice ..... ;-) | squire007
27/10/2012 08:38 | Two ipo's coming up in November. Dart and Pam. Assuming vsa are also running the pam one (See post 315, got email this week from pam confirming nov), as stated in an article in the summer. | poombear
10/10/2012 22:47 | 10 bagger on its way ;-) | squire007
08/10/2012 12:27 | wonder if we will get a H1 trading update this week as was the case the week following the FY end | jaygino
03/10/2012 10:30 | It's quite lonely on here, this is way undervalued. "VSA Capital today launches the IPO/demerger of Dart Energy International. The company plans to raise up to £45m and list in the UK on AIM. A roadshow of over 70 meetings has been booked, covering the UK, Europe and the Far East. The company has producing coal bed methane assets in Scotland, and near-term production in China and Indonesia. In addition Dart holds extensive shale gas assets in the UK. For more details or to book a meeting with the company please contact VSA" Edit: Not sure what the exact broker fees are but as an example 5% of £45M is £2.25M plus there will be warrants as well. I did read somewhere that total costs for AIM IPO's were currently in the region of 11% of the sum raised, but that would be split between LSE and Nomad and Broker etc. So this one deal alone could potentially be worth much more than the current Mcap to VSA. Watch this space.... | poombear
14/9/2012 08:18 | Strange that the new venture currently has a higher Market Cap than VSA as we stand lol. | poombear
14/9/2012 08:15 | Nice start for the new venture VSA own 17% (I think) Plus a load of warrants. | poombear
06/9/2012 19:53 | Vsa launched their cash shell on plus today Anglo African Agriculture AAAP. | poombear
05/9/2012 16:33 | Does t1ps still have a holding? If so, Webb may well be looking to dump. | argy2
05/9/2012 16:28 | What did he say? VSA are on a PE of less than 2 and the market cap is less than their cash position from their last results, and less than half their net assets value. They also have no debt .The business is obviously not worth anything. Bought 25K at 3.08p today showing as a sale, I expect there is a larger sale waiting to be filled hence the current drop. I'm sitting on big losses here, but still see nothing to tell me I should take my losses and move on. I'm not keen on Monk personality wise, but I think he knows his business. | poombear
04/9/2012 16:37 | VSA - Very Simple Andrew, his pathetic comments on the murder of 34 miners recently in his news letter shows share holders what sort of person is leading VSA. This will really help when it comes to fundraising - better the fool that keeps his mouth shut than one who opens it and proves themselves a fool. | goggin
04/7/2012 16:36 | hi, what did these used to called before VSA? | goff1969
