I can't imagine why anyone would take a chance with this. Priced at 32 times previous years turnover, a lot of good news already priced in. Two weeks to next results, I suspect there will be a lot of noise with little substance on the day.

Typo.why would anyone want to hold large amounts of vphase.Why would you take payment in shares at circa 0.57p instead of wages unless you thought you could one day cash them in at a premium.How could you raise 2.35 million in today's difficult environment.just wondering and don't have any answers.

Where do you suppose these shares are coming from? I assume from November's issue of 470m shares @ 0.5p. By the looks of it those shares are now accounted for. Took Panmure a couple of months to get shot of them.

Black rock 60 to 139 million.?..pensions plumbing 30to 69 million...Southern 13 to 63 million?...on the 30th they purchased or announced that they had purchased another 15 million shares taking their holding to 6 percent..seems like someone expects a return on their investment.something going on but what?

Bronislav, the last two holdings statements (30 Jan 2012 and 23 Dec 2011) for Southern Fox don't make sense to me. Do they to you?

Is that one from yesterday incorrect? Have they in fact added 15m shares, rather than previously holding 15m shares?
