Result of placing of ordinary shares in Volution Group plc

Windmill Holdings B.V. ("Windmill") announces that it has sold 44,751,087 ordinary shares (the "Placing Shares") in Volution Group plc ("Volution"), representing 22.4% of Volution's entire issued share capital, at a price of 150 pence per share (the "Placing") realising gross sale proceeds for Windmill of GBP67 million.

The Placing was oversubscribed, with strong demand from high quality institutional investors.

Post completion of the Placing, Windmill no longer holds any shares in Volution.

Liberum Capital Limited ("Liberum") acted as Sole Bookrunner in connection with the Placing.
