05/11/2010 13:09 | Debt is what others worry about, however this lot got funding in 2007-8 just the time only 1 in 100 firms could get it. West end shows are a growth area, and Fan has done the work on 3 of them just about to get the profits, if you ask me. In most bids the bidder overpays , only good news for us here. | tara7
05/11/2010 13:05 | 166,000 shares bought on plus so far today. | themoneymonster2
05/11/2010 13:01 | tara, what share price you looking at, either takeover or long term without a takeover? | themoneymonster2
05/11/2010 12:55 | Tiny Market cap cos some think it will go bust, however if we have 3 plus bidders after Fan, the price goes up. | tara7
05/11/2010 12:54 | tara get some of your followers in here and we can get the share price back to 50p never mind 20p!! | themoneymonster2
05/11/2010 12:53 | Harry adds a lump to the fotball, just watch spurs win in Europe. | tara7
05/11/2010 12:50 | 60% is held by institutions and directors, do you think they would agree to a cheap takeover? Say at 10p the takeover price would be around £20 million, market cap plus debt. at 20p it would be £23 million and at 30p it would be £26 million. Do you see what I am getting at? 30p from 10p is only an extra £6 million. I expect a takeover at 25p, and very soon!! | themoneymonster2
05/11/2010 12:42 | GG must be right on the refinancing which on its own probably makes this cheap. However I do not have any faith in the takeover stuff. The business we should sell is football and no one wants that. With the price this low why would anyone pay 20p equivalent? Buy the whole lot on the cheap and put us long suffering shareholders out of our misery. Some volume today though. | toback
05/11/2010 12:08 | Directors to play Santa Claus In the Panto Season, Like a laugh. He hE | dd776
05/11/2010 11:28 | My view is this, where else can one get a foothold in the West End and New York for a song.? Not bust yet GG.!! Like you said, bank has not pulled the show,!! | tara7
05/11/2010 11:17 | There's the forced seller out as you can only buy a max 37,500 shares at 7.73p now, was 150,000 earlier this morning. Look at the buys on plus, around 200,000 shares. 60% of shares in safe hands so looks like a re-rating could be underway here, bid news or not. | themoneymonster2
05/11/2010 10:33 | gg, thanks. | themoneymonster2
05/11/2010 10:32 | TMM2, The longer it takes the worse for the company, interesting that the company hhas made no mention of the refinancing which was needed by the end of October. In that regard I would say that it is positive. Nil brainer - you must be quoting from TW, because he is the only one that say's Nil Brainer, despite the correct term being No Brainer. Good luck, as stated, the no news on refinancing to me says that the banks are willing to wait. gg | greengiant
05/11/2010 10:28 | Takeover price rumoured to be in excess of 20pps. That would only add 20% to the current enterprise value considering the debt. The deal is off if not 20p+. Nil brainer for a punt at 7.5p and up to 10p. | themoneymonster2
04/11/2010 13:48 | Takeover talks with more than 1 party! | themoneymonster2
04/11/2010 13:42 | Has everyone given up? Are there still any lights flickering that need turning off? | microscope

26/9/2010 20:51 | Does it have the cash to pay the mezzanine? Or will they just roll it up (again?) | toback

22/9/2010 16:27 | Yet another WIGifrith winner! I wonder what he will say this time? | argy2
22/9/2010 16:23 | tsmith, I have made contact with the company and the LSE - I have done all I needed to do. Not a good statement and seems like my exit price was okay. To me it now looks bloody obvious that they cannot get the footie business sold, which is why they are looking at all options. Next key date 28th October when the Mezz loan together with the rolled up interest becomes repayable. Good luck all, glad I am not still in. gg | greengiant
22/9/2010 16:13 | gg - can you contact daniel stewart and tell of the lack of a RNS regarding your shareholding. the management need to be sacked! | tsmith2 |
