12/9/2008 18:47 | Juju thats not how it works, first you do some smart talking and convince some city wide boy that you have found the answer to make us all rich , then you milk the investment dry and retire yourselve to the algarve to enjoy the fruits of your hard work ..ho ho ! | jotoha1
12/9/2008 17:37 | why dont they give back our money instead of giving themselves fat salaries with it | juju43
01/9/2008 15:26 | Yes at end of dec 07 there was 15p net cash and NAV of 16p. The 6 month H1 loss to end dec 07 was about 10% higher than the previous year. Projecting that forward for this years H2 then you have a loss of about 9.5p for the year. I think that would leave VLR with around 11p net cash and NAV of 12p at end of June 2008. I think they also had grant income of about £150,000 so that may or may not reduce cash burn. I think its key that VLR announced a strategic review designed to "maximise shareholder value". Id be a lot more worried otherwise. The fact Stephen Voller has gone would suggest to me they have failed to raise more money. | hugepants
31/8/2008 19:39 | but surely there is still some cash around | currypata kai

05/8/2008 13:54 | "the first emerald fuel cells are being shipped to customers" - that kind of news, this kind of company, there should be an increase in share price. but, nothing... shows how little confidence the market has! | dave_natch
05/8/2008 11:07 | What on earth is the point of keeping Voller as a consultant? He is the man who has overseen the pantomime? The arrogance and sheer audacity is astounding. How much are they going to pay him? It's like keeping the former CEO of Northern Rock to act as consultant housing market specialist... or Gordon Brown as chief gold trader. unbelievable. They have no shame you know | giltspur |
