Four days on from the meeting and not even a post card from the company
explaining what went on at the meeting?

I know we all know what did but to not have it in writing – which is the right
of certificated shareholders - is abysmal.

With the money that we have been paying them you would think the X Directors could club together and at least cover the cost of a stamp and postcard?

Another share certificate to be added to the bottom draw marked 'When in doubt
about the investment – take a look at these failures and think again'

Or?

Here's a list of Directors one should hope are NOT on any board I'm investing
in now?

W Bill –

Will send email, a tad busy atm, will explain in e-mail.

Didn't take them long to pull the website.Pity they couldn't have updated it as quick or provided a share bargain matching service.

Have to keep an eye out to where DrugPrint and PathScore end up. Spent a fortune developing these and no doubt someone will pick them up for a song.

Hi, Bill.

Should have said 12 noon yesterday?

I'm 24 hours behind!

Its still O.O.O. when a company delists then runs on doing NOTHING for a year and a bit - when the remaining money runs out [so they don't get paid] - close.

They should have wound-up back then - paid off any creditors and if anything left - paid shareholders.

12 noon gone?

NO RNS?

Have you tried the web site?

GONE!

We've been stitched up like a kipper?

My view is to keep an eye-out for the Directors when they move on to another company and DO NOT invest there?

Foot Note to post 804?

Had known that there had not been anything set-up re: share trading as if that had been the case I would have had my order filled months ago!

I am STILL owed shares from a deal done with Barclays Stockbrokers, I will be contacting them pointing out that the MM concerned will now not be able to complete the contract undertaken between myself and them, asking for a full refund of the outstanding balance.

Some light for me at the end of the tunnel as I should get a small return for some of my VVM investment?

Will post result of that in due cource.

Only getting answering machine at company which is par for the course.

Spoke to Michael Dillon at Leonard Curtis who told me there won't be anything left in the pot for ordinary shareholders. Employees not been paid for months and major creditors will be 1st in line. It seems Mr. Evans is a major creditor and I wouldn't mind betting he finds a home for Drugprint and Pathscore and these will emerge at some time in the future with a new company float.

A lot of work went into these products and collaboration agreements weren't with any two bit company.

I've taken another look at the Aim cancellation circular which was in "the best interests of the shareholders" and they gave an intention to provide shareholders with a trading mechanism ie

"4 Following the Cancellation
Whilst the Board believes that the Cancellation is in the Shareholders' interests, it recognises that the
Cancellation will make it more difficult for Shareholders to buy and sell Ordinary Shares should they so wish.
The Board intends to set up a matched bargain arrangement, provided by Brewin Dolphin, to enable
Shareholders to trade the Ordinary Shares. Under this facility, it is intended that Shareholders or persons
wishing to trade shares will be able to leave an indication with Brewin Dolphin that they are prepared to buy or
sell at an agreed price. In the event that the matched bargain settlement facility is able to match that order with
an opposite sell or buy instruction, Brewin Dolphin will contact both parties and then effect the bargain.
Shareholders who do not have their own broker may need to register with Brewin Dolphin as a new client. This
can take some time to process and therefore Shareholders who consider they are likely to use this facility are
encouraged to commence it at the earliest opportunity. Once the facility has been arranged, details will be
made available to Shareholders on the Company's website at www.vivomedica.com."

Although this was an intention they never did anything about this and it can be argued that this could have affected decisions to vote for. We were never given a chance to get any of our money back so are the directors culpable here. Food for thought.

They tried to raise more funds but it was pulled by the provider at the last minute according to Peter Leyland who fell on his sword shortly after. I believed what he told me as he had quite a few shares himself and had put friends and family into this as well.

Chris Evans fund will be taking a massive hit but I suppose it will be somewhat cushioned as no doubt it will be a secured creditor and the IP will end up with some "connected party". After that I assume us PI's will get zilch.

Looks to me that they have sat on their as@es, done very little [and I say that due to not even bothering to update the web site with a 'We are still here and trying to do something', collected wages and when the remaining funds have run dry, opted for the wind-up option.

Not even trying to reduce costs by cutting remaining staff or directors' etc.

They should have opted to stay listed and tried the 'more funds' required?

A few of us mugs may have taken the bait and kept them in the life style they liked?

I take it that there will be nothing left in the pot by the time Leonard Curtis
has added their fees?

I got that letter today as well which is like a bolt out of the blue.

Last time I was in contact with the company I got the impression they were concentrating on the commercial aspects and things seemed to be moving well. Unfortunately I've lost all my emails when my hard drive gave up the ghost and I had a new one installed. As Outlook isn't web based I was unable to retrieve any of my stuff.

Looks like there goes my 1 million shares here and I wont bother having it framed as the way things are going I'm not going to have a wall to hang it on soon. Like a lot of others I have been completely done over by the financial crisis waving goodbye to £30k here and well over £120k elsewhere. 40 years of life savings down the pan! At least the bankers are making a comeback ....pity I didn't have much left to join that particular party.

H, not buying - bought on last day of trading and Barclays took the order and money but could not fill. Hence still waiting for full amount.

My point was that even after de-listing the market makers are still finding shares to be able to send me a cert. I have outstanding, 100k's worth for them to fill.

There must be trading going on for them to be able find them? Where, is an unknown.

Have you emailed VVM asking about what they are doing about it?
