Result of Meeting
Vitesse Media Plc (the "Company") announces that at its General Meeting held earlier today, both resolutions put to the meeting were passed.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of the Subscription Shares which is expected to become effective on 17 February 2016.
Defined terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as in the Company's Circular dated 29 January 2016.
