Directorate changes

Vitesse Media Plc ("Vitesse" or "the Company"), the AIM-listed digital media and events business, is pleased to announce the following changes to the Board following the appointment of Chris Ingram as Executive Chairman on 16 February 2016.

The number of Non-Executive Directors is being reduced from five to three in order to reflect the more streamlined operations of the Company. Accordingly, Alan Mearns, who joined the Board in 2014 to investigate new development areas, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect and Andrew Brode will cease to be a director on 30 June 2016.

In addition, a new position of Commercial Director has been created in line with our growth plans. Tim Griffiths joins the Company from Croc Media (Melbourne) where he was interim Commercial Director and Southern Cross Austereo (Hobart) where he was General Sales Manager. Tim has a strong track record of commercialising websites and social media and the integrating of traditional media into online/event revenue.

Jonathan Sumner will be stepping down from his role as Head of the SME Division after 12 years with the Company. This reflects the high level of integration achieved within the Company's assets, with all publications now in digital format. Jonathan will be retained, as a consultant, to work on special projects including the re-launch of digital properties.

Chris Ingram, Executive Chairman, commented: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Jonathan for his contribution to Vitesse through this transition and I want to thank both Andrew and Alan for their wise counsel and contribution to the development of the business. They have all made valuable contributions to refocusing the Vitesse business into a digital media and events organisation with industry-leading titles.

Looking ahead, the new financial year has started well with good gains over the corresponding period last year."
