Purchase of shares by Stephen Bird
The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") announces the following purchase of shares that were completed on 10 March 2016:-
Mr Stephen Bird, Group Chief Executive, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each at GBP5.56 per share. These will be held beneficially by Mr Bird in his SIPP.
Mr Bird now holds 265,614 ordinary shares, of which 53,522 shares have been purchased in the market using funds supplied by Mr Bird and are held by Capita Trustees Limited, the Trustee used to hold shares in respect of awards made under The Vitec Group 2005 and 2014 Deferred Bonus Plan.
