  hold 9,400,000 Vislink Plc shares representing 7.54% 
  of the voting rights. HIHL's ownership has transferred 
  from ALRM & SMHM to Morton PTC Limited as Trustee of 
  the MFT. The Board of Directors of the Morton PTC is 
  Albany Directors Limited, Mr Robert Walter Morton and 
  Mrs Susan Margaret Howard Morton. The beneficiaries 
  of the Morton Family Trust are Susan Margaret Howard 
  Morton, Andrew Robert Morton, Edward George Morton, 
  Charles Nicholas Morton (CNM) and Robert Walter Morton 
  (RWM). CNM and RWM also own 7,680 and 21,450 Vislink 
  Plc shares respectively, representing 0.02% of the voting 
  rights. Accordingly, the concert party owns 9,429,130 
  Vislink Plc shares representing 7.57% of the voting 
  rights. 
 
  Hawk Pension Fund Limited continues to hold 400,000 
  shares representing 0.32% of the voting rights.
