Our dividend for 2015 of 1.5p is due to be paid tomorrow.
This is little consolation for the recent price fall of about 20p but will be welcome all the same.
I fear we may not see another for some time.

cheers 1fox1 Hopefully Bob Morton can initiate some kind of action with the current state of this company. It's shocking seeing it at this level after all these years and prior being listed on the main market.

Get ready for GWMO liftoff. Buying been going on in last few days ahead of news. Get in before the crowds for a GWMO multibagger.

1fox1 I agree. AIM has made me a cynic of every AIM listed stock and justifiably so over the last few years.

I've taken a few VLK today, but I am just guessing that things are not so bad it that can't be turned around. Don't trust current mngmnt much though.

Alot of debate over Bob Morton. Does he still have anything to do with VLK, do you know? I do remember his massive sharebuys in that accountancy firm ( I forget it's name)and it went under afterwards. Thats one director deal I thankfully did not follow.

Yes that's the problem with AIM Nick. Your playing poker against people that know your hand. Too much info leaked to mates imo. Someone will be making a killing who already know the outcome before you or I. Call me an old cynic if you like.

Alot of turnover with a rising price today. I haven't got a crystal ball that works though.

Indeed. A massive German fund took a very large in stake in Globo and trumpeted on their website about their detailed research into stocks they buy blah blah blah. About 3 months later Globo was exposed as a fraud and the CEO is currently on the run.

Are Kestrel buying ?
If so, RNS showed Hargreaves selling.

Insti buying/ selling can be for various motives....
support the share price using small money.....to get less dilution for big money (placing)
support the share price using small money to help keep the bank in better mood....to protect bigger investment
average down
etc etc

does not mean it is right or wrong wrt to a PIs view

(recall that Bob Morton bought more above 30p...and did not sell out above 50p.....looking a bit of a plonker on this one (if only he'd listened to yours truly....whose free analysis showed in advance the real state of the accounts and profit reporting and the risks....100% correct imo. Read for free on my website. fulltimeinvestors.com))

Instis get it right or wrong like the rest of us. Look at Valeant Pharma, a leading fund manager took a beating there.

I took a hit at 16p. I do like the software side of the business inparticular, but under current management this now has to be a barge pole stock for me.

The comments at glassdoor tell you all you need to know.

Kestrel adds to their position - meaning that perhaps Grimreaper5's suggested imminent "5p placing" is off the cards.

The article in the IC a while back was a killer. They really pointed the finger.

Is David Dosh still holding? If so i guess it solves the VLP issue. Most of us knew the integrity of the CEO was questionable to say the least. I find it incredible what some people can get away with. Another AIM listed disaster imo.

He just wants people to panic sell so that he can pick up stock a lot cheaper :)

if there is a placing then people are posting price sensitive information here and that is an offence

grimreaper5 - yes thanks, but how much is the placing going to raise in pounds? Also who are your sources?

The company have not commented/allayed concerns on equity raising despite being widely suggested..so I would assume there is one afoot..
