It really needs institutional pressure to get rid of the greedy incompetent clown heading up the company. Easier said than done.

What hope is there now for us long term shareholders, many having held through thick and thin and topped our shareholdings up over the years. Hopefully not an opportunistic takeover at this level, or worse still an attempt at a management buyout - I think not? The capitalization of Vislink is now at virtually the price we paid for our Pebble Beach takeover a couple of years ago. The Pebble Beach management lock in period for their 4.7 Million shares has expired and hopefully they will have already exited. My real concern is the continual pressure of institutional selling, what we need is a complete change of management with Directors who are capable and able to revive this company where their interests are aligned with ours, perhaps by taking a large slug of their salary in shares in the company rather than extracting large wadges of cash. Another example of excessive rewards for total incompetence. If anyone has any sensible suggestions please write them on the back of an envelope and pass them onto the current management who should fall on their swords and leave without any financial compensation because of the destruction they have presided over in the value of Vislink.

tricky to try to quickly analyse latest accounts

is it consuming 2M/yr ?

9M quid current account bank debt
..add lay off costs, restruct costs. sees that increase imo...
Depends very much on bank mood.....looks definite that bank covenants broken
unless can get in big chunk of cash from receivables or selling down inventories...which based on big lay offs in VCS does not appear at all likely...(layoffs since not selling imo...and mention of obsolete kit)

no big property asset to sell...

NTAV looking bleak....not good for the banks mood imo

---

So....John Hawkins has laid off loads of staff every year......turned very solid accounts into a disaster....

all in all he's made a complete mess of it all despite claiming he was a super hero....and deserved super hero pay for being at Vislink...

usual AIM farce then...and directors getting rich while shareholders and workers often get shafted

"
The irony is that it was almost exactly a year ago, with the price in the 50s having touched 60p, that we were up in arms at the "Value Creation Plan" that would shower the directors with riches if the share price moved above around 70p after three years. Now they have two years to get it from 16.5p to over 70p!"

imho the dirs. will now either be booted out....leaving the shareholders holding very little imo in terms of TNAV/business...after having about 15-20p share cash in 2011-2 !!! (did the dirs. achieve sucking cash out in to their own hands ??!!)

or dirs. just issue themselves options for 10%-20% of the co. at 0p/share if get the price back to 20p or 25p.

either way imho....shareholders.....truly rodgered...
imho shareholders only have themselves partly to blame since they voted in favour of everything that has happened !!!!!!!!!!!! (unbelievable but true imo)

Dear Mr B.Morton

I would have saved you tens or hundreds of thousands of pounds

I was buying some Vislink when it was cash backed around 20p back around 2012.
Then website took 2 shorts...around 50p and 60p
repeating avoid after bagging big % profits on shorts around 30-35p area. Nothing wrong with bagging profits

Now 15p
you bought more recently at over 30p.

And you have taken big losses at other large holdings of yours.

For a % or minor fee I am willing to provide comments/opinions for you to add to your melting pot of opinions before your decision making...I can be contacted via fulltimeinvestors.com

Someone said sell Thomas Cook for years, then Mobile Streams for years,

Fitbug (website short from 18p, then 2nd short from lower down, now under 1p I think) ,

Globo (many said sell that, hot 20p, insanity), Globo sold for equity protection at 30p area before it then doubled as PIs-mkt loved it !, but went to 0p, a scam) then Vislink for yrs....including 2 website sells/shorts around 50p and 60p (sweating a bit since kept going up !, I felt it was madness, I was right)

detailed analysis on Vislink on its own page on website

share price halved today.

1/4 of price of 60p ..my 2nd sell position opened for website.

and repeated avoid in recent weeks (no trust in directors..self inriching dirs....mistreatment of shareholders...chief exec. working part time...chief exec. with history of similar misconduct..the trumpet blowing ref USA Gopro was imo intentional trumpet blowing...and hence a sell signal, as shown)

and of course received criticism from most people, "incompetent" "idiot" "run back to school"

but I was right each time...and on others...

But with selling/avoiding a share often it takes time before it actually happens.

But ...of course still no one is interested to subscribe to a mailing list.

(recent bounce buy back in suggestions after Brexit dive turned out to be spot on calls. Were tweeted.)

So most picks in recent months have been kept to myself.

Must run....got my daily practice for walking on water ! ;-)

A take-over target now, imo.At least that's the best we can hope for.
Thought it was the bees'knees, but hasn't made it in time, with a pile of junk by way of stock, as better newer stuff, e.g. IoT-related, overtakes it.
If the board had paid as much attention to the business it was supposed to be running as opposed to conniving greedily over its remuneration perhaps the company would not have been allowed to steer itself into a brick wall/ over a cliff.
