19/6/2012 17:29 | It's hard to believe but if VIR gave away it's investments for free and closed the company down then paid the cash back to share holders, we would get £1.75 for every £1 worth of shares we hold. Room for a bit of downside at these prices one would have thought. sweepie2 - quiet is always good when you are waiting for an share price to drop further, but every time I try to top up some begger nips in front of me. Either I need to get quicker or you need to stop topping up :) | marab
19/6/2012 16:30 | Can you tell every one over there to wait till June 2013 for PINN to glow and grow. Look at FTO . | abbey8
19/6/2012 15:35 | Hopefully the calm before the storm | sweepie2
19/6/2012 09:48 | Yes more excitement there, at the moment Viridas is like watching paint dty but still feel sometime before or at the results we will hear news of something | sweepie2
19/6/2012 09:46 | Still waiting since my 250k at .68. PINN results soon. | abbey8
18/6/2012 19:32 | Overdue a post on this thread! | ezlington
18/6/2012 15:27 | Never going to learn but another top up, found a few pennies down the back of the sofa but it now gives me a nice round number so its easier to remember | sweepie2
18/6/2012 11:00 | Normal size trades now 0.27 to buy. Overall trend is up, although because of largeish spread you wouldn't neccessarily know it. | oilyrag
18/6/2012 10:57 | Over the last few trading days although the spread has remained the same, the offer price has been rising from 0.253 to 0.26 and now 1m gone through at 0.28 which is mid price. Over this trading period all the trades have been buys. | oilyrag
18/6/2012 09:15 | Cheers sweepie2. | oilyrag
18/6/2012 09:09 | Good buying at PPA this morning | sweepie2
18/6/2012 09:01 | Looking at the latest accounts approx £60,000 would be my best bet, whether this has increased because of the recent windfall I don't know | sweepie2
18/6/2012 08:52 | Whats their cash burn rate with regard to director renumeration? | oilyrag
15/6/2012 18:32 | xcap - you may well be right as I don't see an instant fix however the Greek elections go. Better to keep our spare pennies for later on. I am ignoring the share price to be honest other than as a buy opportunity, as VIR basically has cash as an asset which seems a pretty good place to be at the moment. | marab
15/6/2012 18:15 | marab, sweepie2 and all, didn't want this to happen but it lets see where we are on Monday. With the Greek election results we may even see buying @ .21p - .22p which I see as the the bottom. Feel sick as a parrot for buying at .34, so for me let it drift to where ever it wants to go. Start buying some next week I think and av down. | xcap
15/6/2012 14:14 | I was right in saying theres always tomorrow, have not got a problem as I'm just keep adding even though I won't look at my account as I'm down by so much but cash IS DOUBLE THE MARKET CAP so its only a waiting game. | sweepie2
15/6/2012 11:31 | Charmer1_23 - you are right, MC £1.6m, cash held £3m, pretty good potential there you would think. Next week could be interesting on the stock markets so will keep back some cash until then. | marab
15/6/2012 10:50 | I'm sure you will get them Marab. An indication of how daft things have got is that VIR is cheaper than before it's initial investment in LDP in December, so thus ignoring the fact that the investment case is more compelling NOW with stacks of cash to underpin, welcome to the crazy world that is AIM. :-) | charmer1_23
15/6/2012 10:29 | FoK failed. Maybe next week after Greece implodes. | marab
15/6/2012 10:24 | Just tried with TDW and getting quoted 0.271p for £500 worth. You would think that a company with this amount of money at a time of financial melt down would at least be worth the cash in the bank, let alone half that amount. Probably a stock to tuck away for a few months but surely a good buy at these levels. Congratulations to you guys that have picked up some at these prices. I put in a fill or kill order at 0.255p and will see what happens. | marab
15/6/2012 08:16 | Ok, just tucked away 250k @ 0.253 for the proverbial bottom draw, good luck all. :-) | charmer1_23
15/6/2012 08:09 | just topped up with 200k @ 25.25 looks like it's gone thru on Plus. Incredible value at the moment. Droft | droftarts
15/6/2012 08:08 | Who bought the 520, come on. | oilyrag
15/6/2012 08:02 | Well marab, you can buy at 0.253p today, so its in your projected bounce area. Just had a small tickle of 50k. Only £139 I know, but I think drop is overdone and may consider more later. | oilyrag
15/6/2012 08:01 | All getting a bit daft here now, especially with all that cash on the balance sheet. One will have to exercise patience here that's for sure, current lack of demand for the shares is enabling the the MM's to squeeze sellers as has been evidenced by the recent sales under bid. Micro-caps in general have taken a pummelling in recent months, this won't last for ever so time to sit tight or tuck a few away for the bottom draw. :-) | charmer1_23 |
