Director Shareholding

Vinaland Limited was notified on 22 May 2017 that Mr. Charles Isaac, a Director of the Company, purchased a total of 540,000 ordinary shares in three separate transactions.

On 18 May 2017, Mr. Isaac purchased 250,000 ordinary shares at an average price of USD0.746 per ordinary share. The following day, Mr. Isaac purchased an additional 240,000 ordinary shares at an average price of USD0.748 per ordinary share. The third transaction, which took place on 22 May 2017, saw Mr. Isaac acquiring 50,000 ordinary shares at an average price of USD0.748 per ordinary share.

As a result of these three transaction, Mr. Isaac has a combined direct and indirect interest of 1,334,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.43% of the Company's total voting rights.
