Director/PDMR Shareholding

VNH announces that, further to the Company's announcement of 18 August 2016 which provided details of the issue of 631,684 ordinary shares of US$1 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Vietnam Holding Asset Management Limited ("VNHAM"), the Company's Investment Manager, the Company has been notified that VNHAM has today completed the transfer of a total of 238,518 Ordinary Shares for nil consideration to certain VNHAM employees and directors and, in accordance with the terms of Company's Investment Management Agreement (as amended), to Professor Rolf Dubs (the "Ordinary Share Transfer"). As a result, VNHAM now holds a total of 650,590 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.19% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Ordinary Share Transfer included the transfer of Ordinary Shares to Professor Rolf Dubs as follows:
