Not sure how bronco? as clunes points out we are covered by the facility should Grynberg withhold/stop his contributions (I cant see that being the case) on a positive note he may be forced to withdraw from "the arbitration" if convicted of a class 4 felony and/or he may have to disclose any active felony charges to the ICA or withdraw from the arbitration for the period that the change is active.

What comes around goes around, I wonder what Grynberg feels like being on the other end of a litigation?

I also wonder what the VOG BoD are thinking?

I bet Foo and Dik are pleased the put the $26m funding facility in place to guarantee the drilling programme in case Grynberg caused a problem but I bet they did not foresee this eventuality.

I understand Grynberg is pretty much paid up to date anyway, if his company defaults on future payments, VOG would get back Grynberg' 40% and now that would be a real pay day for VOG shareholders!!!
