13/6/2014 08:43 | No, it was probably a tad more than 5 years actually. Yeah, and I do remember stuff like that - blind to the reality of the situation and barking obscenities at anyone offering a counter argument. You SHOULD be interested in the past, otherwise you'll never learn. Anyway. Vindicated. All that I suggested has been proven to be so. Here, have a double helping of humble pie and go and take a long look in the mirror......and my regrets to all the newbies snagged along the way. What a crock of a company. | mg78
13/6/2014 08:40 | mg78 whats it to you then? Its a new bod, unless you haven't noticed....its a new company! | the prophet
13/6/2014 08:39 | twix its probably worth you applying for excess open offer shares. I know some friends who use Hargreaves Lansdowne who have done this in the past with other shares and they have ended up with quite a few extra. I think HL aggregate their client holdings or something and HL customers have, in the past, done quite well in terms of excess shares. Even if not a HL customer, worth applying for excess? | the prophet
13/6/2014 08:36 | My thinking is its imposable at this stage to see how this will play out. Obviously we have been discounted by 40% so the share price will need to drop. I would like to know how they valued the new company at £20m ?, it looks like another VIY to me with a great idea but no income and years of floging round the SM's of the medical world while a new batch of AIM directors live the life and we are diluted to death. Saving grace is we started with nothing............. | spec7
13/6/2014 08:35 | morning to you mg78, aaah, did I give you a mouthful? There there, mummy make it better!Only remembered for FIVE years eh, geeeez!..... well done to you, then, but not interested in the past but very interested in the future of Premaitha Health | the prophet
13/6/2014 08:34 | You got too close to the business buster. Unable to view it with the critical eye it needed. Fatal. | mg78
13/6/2014 08:31 | not able to reduce average price as much has hoped with a 1 to 400 ratio. Hoped for half holding as before and it would have been fine. I am glad we are back and with a future, but Biotechnology is also a field I never wanted to touch again even though this is diagnostics. So, overall phew, but my average is destined now never to allow a profit (for many years) whereas half holding eligibility again would have given a chance in a year or two. Hence right now I confess to some disappointment as high expectations not all met. | twix386
13/6/2014 08:22 | Sandeep might have said goodbye and thanks for support! We've surely kept him in a fine lifestyle over the tortuous years. Not happy with the outcome but at least we are trading. If I could invest in TP's enthusiasm then I'd fill my boots. This at least give's one an exit........ Good luck all. Do miracles happen? | ewads
13/6/2014 08:17 | Friday the 13th...no one superstitious on the new BOD then...lol | spec7
13/6/2014 08:03 | cheers mhw | the prophet

13/6/2014 07:56 | Good luck with this one ! Change of name and another 10 years of tapping up pis for "development" funds. Sell and move on people | sharemasterflash
13/6/2014 07:55 | VIY used to be a Biotech stock before becoming VIY in 2006. They were Bioprojects Int.(BIP) in 2002 before a reverse take-over to become VIY in 2006. lol. | jack shit
13/6/2014 07:55 | chances of this trickling back under 11p in the coming weeks are absolutely zilcho, shame, as I would like more. | the prophet
13/6/2014 07:54 | many thanks prophet | twix386
13/6/2014 07:53 | again, for anyone else, please note it is one NEW share for every four hundred OLD shares, ie effectively 1 for 4. | the prophet
13/6/2014 07:51 | page 40 2. The Open Offer Subject to the terms and conditions set out below (and, in the case of Qualifying Non-CREST Shareholders, in the Application Form), Qualifying Shareholders are being given the opportunity under the Open Offer to apply for any number of Open Offer Shares pro rata to their holdings, at the Issue Price on the basis of: one Open Offer Share for every four hundred Existing Ordinary Shares held and so in proportion for any greater of lesser number of Existing Ordinary Shares registered in the name of each Qualifying Shareholder on the Record Date. | the prophet
13/6/2014 07:46 | Prophet (anyone), could you point me to the 1 for 4....I can't find it for looking in the 5 RNS so far. TIA | twix386
13/6/2014 07:46 | these were 5p only a few years ago. only 50 times LESS now. £500 is now worth £10. well done VIY board. shocking, truely shocking. | jack shit
13/6/2014 07:44 | historically, virtually all shares that have a similar 100:1 share split come back with an initial spike due to excitement then,99 times out of a 100, start falling quite rapidly. have seen it time and time again. | jack shit |
