They do GO but in the UOM tests it would only be very low levels.

Rid

The research is why I chose VRS.

There is a clear demand for new product on many fronts to light-weight vehicles and aerospace etc.

There is countless chat worldwide for applications with some very big companies.

VRS can do commercial levels and the argument in the market is the cost of it v viability. VRS can do that too but until the market is tested on higher prices why take it lower.

Take AGM and I know SN gives on about sales. 3 years of claim of 1.5 tonnes capacity and I'm meeting the 4th one will give poor sales too. They haven't cracked the tech and even if they do I suspect they are high cost. Having around £4.5 mill cash burn doesn't;t help with about £3.5 mill on wages.

If investors are going to get burnt it will be that one.

How impressed would fold be here if VRS had 25 staff employed in senior roles on well over £70k each just on the GNPs.
I wouldn't be here that's for sure unless demand justified it.

How high can this go one has to ask? Very difficult to value against little sales info and market development information. We all know that it is exciting but I hate investments where there are no solid metrics. Sitting on the 10p entry at 27p is very tempting on the one hand, but this could be the investment of a lifetime on the other.

If they are, it was a missed opportunity.

Did he, I'll watch for an rns then, surely one will have to come if true.

Shame they didn't mention it on the 10 o'clock news :-) Or rather than goodness they didn't.

For the nomad as I imagine the phone is hot.

VRS didn't say they were working with the UOM on the project the newsreader did before the CEO came on.

He got the composites in and the ink with plenty of detail.

IF they are doing the work with the UOM with the membranes then I'm wondering if an rns will be forced on that.

I have informed the company what was said in the news.

He piled in a lot of info into that and he looks much better on radio.

It was just repeated Bill

The newsreader said they were involved in it.

I wonder if the nomad blocked an rns.

Hmmmm

No interview yet but a line from BBC Gloucester followed by an old recording of the CEO very brief.

However

I'm sure the newsreader said it's VRS that were working with the UOM on that graphene filter.

I don't know if the newsreader go that wrong but that's what I heard.

Did anyone else listen?

I thought it was a fair chance the graphene was that of Versarien due to their connection.

Don't forget the VRS CEO is being interviewed by the BBC local radio t 7.30 am.

I think it follows on form the local BBC picking up on the graphed story and knowing it's produced on their patch.

Good timing John as I got the answer re GO the other day.

GO simply or rather nastily is a way of adding oxygen to the GNPs but is part of the production process.

To produce GO they use various harsh chemicals which breaks down graphite into multi-layer and due to the process adds some oxygen is added. Oxygen helps with dispersion.

So no it's not few layer. So then I asked the GNP question re VRS GNPs, why do VRS GNPS mix so readily.

The answer given was their method naturally adds some oxygen which helps on the dispersion.

VRS do produce GO depending based on what customers want but it's not done at Cheltenham.

Superg would you consider graphene oxide an alternative to single layered graphene ? Would welcome your opinion.

Rather heavy-going scientific paper from that BBC link (thanks, sikhthetech)..."Tunable sieving of ions using graphene oxide membranes" - see hxxps://goo.gl/5HyWa7 (register for full article) with links to further research papers on ion sieving and desalination.

BTW, if you feel the need to have a supply of graphene at home, try this: hxxps://goo.gl/eIXFeh

It's them wild boar you know. I was down there playing golf recently. They tell me they don't put benches out cos the locals nick em.

Hoards of wild boar rampaging around apparently with everyone running for cover. I didn't see one as they hide and run off if you get anywhere near them.

Then out came that old fave of the deadly blackthorn warning as I tried to recover my ball, errrrm a ball from a bush.

Life would be so boring without a good story especially when trying to hit a golf ball straight. What's the matter with the damn things. I expend vast amounts of effort trying to get ping pong balls and bowling balls (ten pin) to spin and turn and naff all happens. I try so hard to hit a gold ball straight and the darn thing turns in the air.

I reckon there is some sick B'stard in the sports industry chuckling away as they create equipment to confound amateurs.

Aha!!!!!!!!!!!! perhaps Graphene is the answer.

Watch out for my graphene anti-spin cream for golf balls coming to the market soon and ultra-spin for ping pong balls.

Isn't that Forest of Dean FM Sg? I'd love to be a fly on the wall in the average forest cave/lodge/house when the subject of Graphene pops up on the old radio.

If you're ever in the Forest - don't mention the bear.
