I think they bought too many companies maybe? But I've never owned coms shares.
Just looking around I see that DB set up three companies in October kg1,kg11,and kg111 whether he intends doing something with them who knows? It was just after he increased his stake here.

what happened with DB at Comms,did he just not like what the board had done re the financial irregularities ? is it a shrewd move by him to distance himself away from Comms?

Depends on the deal. The target company may have all they need and just want an aim listing. Or they may need a new ceo and financing. Still, DB does have the time now. lol.

maybe if DB loses the vote in March meeting he has called and does leave COMS ...then he may focus his energies on VMP...maybe?

WEll the price isnt going up or down.So in that sense it IS stable.

It depends on your interpretation of the meaning of 'stable'
in the present context.

The xompany still exists and there is a realistic expectation that when suspension is lifted those still with shares will make serious money.

David Breith and Helium are backing him to do so.

If David Breith had suggested bringing Adam Webb back pwjustdoit, Helium would have put a contract out on him.

soggy,why would helium stump up another £250,000 unsecured ? i dont think it is down to DB as he is just an investor,not on the board.i think DB influence brought AW in to secure the deals.Helium must have a lot of faith in this pairing as they have around £1 million invested ? even they cant afford to write of this sort of cash ?

once rto is announced and we come back to market this new companies value will have to be reflected in the share price ? helium came in at .75 and one of the other creditors changed ther holdings price upwards,cant remember who,there must be something substantial coming for them to put up more money which is unsecured ?good luck to us all.
