Who is Adam Webb?

Other investment companies make small investments to keep going, tgl got gos, tern bought a small computer company, ldp did something. May not be the best but better than losing near on £1m which is what Helium are looking at by waiting for the "big one" which Leates and Reynolds may never agree on.

looks like heading for suspension then...maybe come back with a RTO later in the year ..surely major inevestors Helium / DB would want to make a success out of this ?? Let's hope so eh..

I noticed it at the time but it didn't matter since it was a year away! Now it's less than 2 weeks it becomes more important! I guess there some rule being applied. Even if they have a rto then they'll probably get suspended anyway awaiting egm etc.

Why is Feb 14 the key date? That was the date they announced their intention to call in an administrator. I can't see why they've backdated it to that date and not used the date for the refinancing. Between 14/2 and 4/3 they were definitely not an investment company.

Interesting action today, drop in price then buys coming in...sniff of news or just peeps loading up before suspension, if it happens....they may come out with a deal before suspension.
