Just bought 300,000 shares at 0.39p. Very undervalued imo at these levels with Alton Towers trips already being advertised everywhere and Easter break looming.

It is great to see the steady buying of Venture Solutions Holding VSH - Today 209,168 bought, with a market size of 2,000; I think the Market Makers are getting short of shares. To increase the price over 7% on what I feel is quite a small volume of trades. But then again, it is only a week or so now before the Easter holiday when VSH technology will come into its own.

Joe, swan, gibbo, ted or what ever your name is. Some of us 'DYOR' and study patents, companies house, past journals, even visit pinewood.

It's a great product concept, tragically ineptly managed, but might one day make heaps of money - just not with shareholders attached. Fully expect to be screwed on this one and I agree with EVERYTHING 'backmarker' has said.

If your more than pumper then take a look at some earlier postings of mine re: patents and who actually owns them. The software that runs the your day product is really the only transferable asset and that my friend is the result of MYOR.

great product it may be, but it took longer than it should have to get fully up and running, and that cost us dear.

i still don't fully understand exactly who owns what between yourday and vsh, and the way vsh management have failed to keep us informed and seem to just sell more shares as and when has not impressed me.

i still hold a stake here only because it is hardly worth selling. it may come good in the end, but it would not surprise me if a deal is done which leaves shareholders missing out while others - you may guess who i'm thinking of - get the benefits.

if they were to release the news this will fly big time with dow up nearly 7% holidays around the corner and alot of people taking holidays homeinstead of going abroad also americans comin over here withthe $ strong it mean £ for this company

YourDay at Alton Towers Update

The Company announces that following successful testing of its second generation software, it has extended the YourDay technology installations to all of its rides at Alton Towers Resort, including the water rides, with all having now gone live to the public.

With installation of the YourDay system now completed at Alton Towers, the Company has expanded its offerings and can now cater to all customers. The water rides have no height restrictions and with the improved wrist band that fits even the smallest visitor, YourDay is now able to offer a full service and create DVDs for the entire family.

The Directors are pleased to report an increase of 28% in the average number of customers purchasing the YourDay DVD compared with a year ago, and with the addition of the water rides anticipate a substantial increase in sales throughout the remainder of the season and in those to come.

Overcoming the remaining technological hurdles surrounding the water rides was key to the roll out of this product. The Company is now strongly positioned to continue negotiations with other theme parks and destination venues in the UK and abroad for its multiple services.

Stephen Thomson, Chairman, Venue Solutions, commented:

"The completion of the YourDay solution will enable us to exploit fully its world first video capture system across the extensive range of theme parks and destination venues everywhere. With The Easter Holiday Season Starting - I think this September announcement my be the reason for the share price move, as the service will be in full use over Easter. IMHO

With only a week or so to go, till the start of the Schools Easter Holidays - from Mon 6 April 2009 to Fri 17 April 2009. This is also the start of the Tourist Season too in the UK.
With VSH Equipment now installed at many Theme Parks and new contracts being negotiated and signed. We can expect a steady stream of RNS News, over the coming months, from the board of Venture Solutions Holdings.
This seasonal stock is just coming into its busy time of year. DYOR

At the fifth example: VSH, where I got out early at substantial profit on the upswing, company performance appeared to zoom, but the CEO was looting the company all the time, It then imploded over three months. One learns the hard way.

these will hopefully flourish in the spring once the theme parks start opening, last company announcement on the 01 dec 08 did say to expect some sort of news early in 2009 relating to the discussions they have been having with the big theme parks!! heres hoping.....atleast the spread in down from 166% to 80%, still need it to come down loads more to attract buyers!.

The Company has received £210,000 to subscribe for both new ordinary shares and a new convertible loan note. Details will be provided in a further announcement. The Company also proposes to enter into binding commitments shortly for an amount up to £300,000 to subscribe for further new ordinary shares. This will provide sufficient working capital to meet the Company's needs for the foreseeable future and the exact details of which will be provided in a further announcement once the funds are received
