Velocys plc (VLS.L), the company at the forefront of smaller scale gas-to-liquids (GTL), announces that copies of the 2016 annual report and accounts, together with the notice of AGM and proxy voting form have been sent to all registered shareholders and are now available for viewing on the Company's website, www.velocys.com.
Annual Meeting
The annual general meeting will be held at 10.45 am on Thursday 22 June 2017 at the Milton Park Innovation Centre, 99 Park Drive, Milton Park, Oxfordshire, OX14 4RY.
