04/6/2014 09:53 | Ta Atlantic. Wise words. Shame I was so naive and, as you rightly say about many of us, greedy. All the best, John | 2350220
03/6/2014 23:14 | I've had two of these bought-out before, Baydonhill and GTE. Just because it's delisting it's not over. I know the figures don't look good but if you believe the 100,000 perhaps they mean 200,000, or $500 not $900, some sort of deal happening off market? What's going on with Zhongrun's 5 day average of buying your stock on a time limit? This could have been walked down for months. SCD are holding on to theirs. | gerryjames
03/6/2014 18:49 | John there are many of us in the same situation with huge losses. For me one of the abiding lessons from Vgm and other similar tales of woe like ascot and Norseman is that the pr are always talking about the good news and potential just round the corner. It clearly pays to be less greedy and wait for some hard evidence. With the benefit of hindsight we can clearly see that Vgm and the others never showed any indication that they were going to hit the production promised. | atlantic57
03/6/2014 14:32 | Zhongrun obviously didn't want to cause controversy by leaving existing shareholders with nothing so they've made the December 3.72p offer. If they hadn't made the offer the share price would be under 1p by now. They deliberately created uncertainty with the offer to flush out weak holders. Now they don't have to pay 3.72p to mop up shares. | chinese investor
03/6/2014 13:29 | The aim market is rotten to the core. It's a license to rob money from people | ross k
03/6/2014 13:00 | A lot of private investors may well be avoiding aim stocks in future, the market has a bad reputation and it is fully deserved in my opinion. | atlantic57
03/6/2014 12:40 | Sorry to see this upsetting development. RIP the Aim stock. There was also Medusa but of course MML is still listed in Oz. AIM seems to be a poor place for gold miners, might this trend continue. ( though MML was not an AIM stock recently) | hectorp
03/6/2014 12:20 | Agree with that 29plams. However i dont think they would sit cash in there for 6 months in advance would they? Aim rules insist that the compnay covers themself by that statement, i dont think it is anything to worry about. | oldtown
03/6/2014 12:20 | bozzy - it's my best feature ! | chinese investor
03/6/2014 12:20 | ^ If you're lucky :) | bozzy_s
03/6/2014 12:02 | I got some at 2p and will sell at 3.72p in December ! | chinese investor
03/6/2014 11:57 | "At this point in time Zhongrun has not lodged any funds with WH Ireland to purchase any such Shares, and although it provided assurances that it will do so, there is not a guarantee that Zhongrun will be able to complete the acquisition of the shares as envisaged above" DYOR | 29palms
03/6/2014 11:45 | I thought the same old town. An instant 50%+ at the end of the year on shares bought today. Do we have that wrong or has everyone missed this? | bw64402
03/6/2014 11:31 | This looks interetsiung MM 's seling 3.7p coins for 2.5p ??? | oldtown
03/6/2014 10:41 | Made profit in this a good while back when around £1.00 and kept a small holding which is now virtually worthless. Games up!!! Moved on to bigger and better prospects, they are out there just DYOR | 29palms
03/6/2014 10:21 | 2.1p To Buy ! 3.72p To Sell In December (no dealing costs) ? 77% ! Zhongrun International Mining Co Ltd ("Zhongrun"), the Company's major shareholder, has, conditional upon Cancellation becoming effective, assured the Company of its intention to acquire the Shares of any Shareholder who does not wish to remain a Shareholder at a price of 3.72 pence per Share from December 2014. | chinese investor
03/6/2014 09:57 | Is anyone tempted to average down in the hope they really will buy them off you for 3.75 in December? | skullymeister |
