   Appointment of Capita as Registrar for the Warrants 
 
   Vast Resources plc, the AIM-listed mining company with operating mines 
in Romania and Zimbabwe is pleased to announce that the warrants issued 
pursuant to the Placing and Subscription announced on 6 July 2016, the 
Open Offer announced on 1 August 2016 and the supplemental Placing 
announced on 11 August 2016 (together the "Trading Warrants"), will 
become tradeable on J P Jenkins, the leading matched bargain dealing 
facility, from 8.00am on Tuesday, 18 April 2017. The Warrants will be 
tradeable via CREST under the ISIN GB00BD4H6F46. 
 
   The Trading Warrants are exercisable at any time until 30 June 2019 at a 
price of 0.5p per share.  There are currently 556,605,567 Trading 
Warrants in issue. 
 
   J P Jenkins (www.JPJenkins.com) is a trading platform for instruments 
which are unlisted and unquoted and thus provides them with a solution 
that enables existing warrantholders and prospective warrantholders to 
deal in the Trading Warrants they hold.  Warrantholders can, if they 
wish, use their existing stockbroker to place a limit order with J P 
Jenkins.
