Mhmm interesting chunky sells and buys making it very difficult to see where we are with braknor holdings. The daft thing about all this is the fact at this rate they will become one of biggest shareholder in the company and when the forward selling is done their goal will be come out high share price so winners in both direction lol
So if they want to gain profit after paying out $2m to company, say by end the conversion loans they have 600 million shares min. Share price has to be in thirties in which I can sse them some how do it like the way they did with forward selling to bring it down.
So at these prices 100% gains is potentially possible no matter how corrupt the market is, if someone is ready you will know and should follow the trend

I reckon it will get very interesting in next few weeks imo

Looks like that 66m cleared in only one day! Great! About 200m to go and it's bye bye Braknor. 200m to go until a massive surge. Get ready folks!

supercity,

It looks like you are right and they will "release a boring all resolutions passed RNS".

It's too late to do otherwise now, as it would potentially disadvantage anyone going to the AGM as they might miss any release. What it does mean is that there is nothing new they can discuss. I suspect they will get a rocky ride as no investor (apart from Bracknor) will be making any money on the stock and many will have significant losses.

I wouldn't get too excited about the AGM...they rarely excite and more often than not just release a boring all resolutions passed RNS VAST obviously realise what is happening with the share price which is why they have pulled the plug on further drawdowns...they also realise there is another £308,000 to convert and when it's done the share price could well bounce - it would be of no benefit for them to release news that could see the share price just to have it suppressed by 200 odd million more shares that could be issued. The time to buy will be when they have gone as you get a very preferable low entry point

Thanks for yr views 20000000 shares is assuming at .15p however they could well let the share price rise upon good news and convert later perhaps?
r88ave

Yes they get .15 and they still have another £308,000 worth to convert which could see them continue to short sell to the tune of another 200,000,000 shares

Well would you believe it rns has come in the end after yesterday's number 1 codeInterestingly they've announced conversion loan and is agreedDoes this mean irrespective to what happens to share price tomorrow after agm and possible quarter news send the share price 100% rise I know wishful thinking Do they still get 0.15p rate? Just seems odd to announce before the fireworks so to speak Any views?

mostyn - it's purely due to Bracknor - when they finish the share price will recover fast just over 200 mil to go I would say maybe less - if we get a couple of high volume days they will be gone - good buy price at the moment, its not going to last forever as you say. I feel the licence is due soon also (I've thought that before though - many times)!

What is just as puzzling is why investors are still selling at this level when the performance at the Manaila mine and in Zimbabwe is improving all the time as stated in one of their recent announcements. The market cap is only £6.8 Million, whereas about 12 months ago it was over £25 million when they actually had a lot less going for them.

Yeah thanks for the.info Fairlight. Can't go myself either just landed in Zagreb. Yorgi do you intend to go? Mostyn I really can't see them doing any more loan note type of deals. Surely surely surely they have learnt by now! One thing that pussles me is that the company is doing really well. Why is it so hard to get funding? They are producers now making money not a tiddler explorer.

Fairlight,

Thanks for that. I can't make it either, so I will be following the various bb's to see any comments. Glad to hear that quite a few are going. It should make for an interesting meeting.

I'm not sure their "Funding" RNS specifically precludes the convertible loan route, as they merely state "now investigating alternative sources of finance." Depends on what they mean by source - could be just another convertible loan merchant. I hope your interpretation is the right one.

Cheers M.

Mostyn the Bod do not intend to go down the convertible loan route again as per recent RNS - I think going forward open offers to PI's at decent price is being considered.

There are quite a few people going to the AGM and I am sure questions will be asked.
Lee Morris from another BB will be in the following pub from 1:30 wearing a grey suite - its near the meeting place.

I cannot make it myself but Lee is a good guy I have met previously.

Cheers F.

It should be an interesting AGM tomorrow given that the share price is over 80% down on last year. If anyone goes I would like to know whether the directors consider the past year has been a success, and what part the share price plays in that consideration. The convertible loan note route to financing has played a significant part in the share price decline, so another question would be whether they intend to continue down this route.

The value of any long term holders shares might not be sufficient to pay for any travel costs to the AGM, so it may well be thinly attended and the directors might be let off the hook.

Well generally it seems to be about 50/50 whether it's true or not and with the AIM being on Wednesday I could imagine it is true..... could be big news tomorrow or a holding RNS, anybody's guess, plus quarterly's due too.

LOL........how many times have I read that one over the years R88ave :-)

Sometimes the RNS appear and sometimes they don't however with the AGM only days if not hours away I think we can be pretty certain there will on this occasion be at least one RNS over the coming days :-)

forget all the noise with bracknor....

Zinc production in process with zinc at $2500 per ton presently revenues should start streaming in for this. 150 tonnes per month target as per announcement last Oct do your sums. Plus gold , copper etc

I can see a nice surprise coming for the quarterly due this month. £7m mcap is way too cheap.

Another positive is the fact that the price of copper has been rising sharply over the last few weeks, and the price of zinc has also been rising. Both will benefit the performance at the Manaila mine. The next quarterly report is also due, and should show significant improvements if progress forecast in earlier RNS announcements has materialised.

Latest chart shows cycle lines:

free stock charts from uk.advfn.com

Notice that the third cycle line wasn't particularly wonderful, not helped by the fact that the market wasn't that oversold late August/esrly September as per the RSI.

However, fast track to now and it is oversold and I think that this particular cycle has a very good chance of 'starting to work' again. The trouble with cycles is that when you spot one, it sometimes doesn't work and you get despondent and think its rubbish and bin it!. However, sometimes the cycle gets back into gear a bit further down the road and I think its now doing this with VAST.

Also, note that the left hand translation of the first two cycles has been replaced with the more bullish right hand translation (peak of several weeks ago being followed by a lower number of days in the downswing (22) compared with those (25) of the upswing in Sept/Aug). The threat of more forward selling by Bracknor remains, though they have already gone through a large chunk of that now and I believe there was a kind of similar situation with Crede at the June low.

So, i'd say this 'bad news or situation' if you like is 'in the share price'....given the cycle low, oversold condition, the orientation of the CCI/MA crossover (similar to June with two spikes down to the -200 level), the speed and extent of the last 3-4 week decline and the historical support region between about 0.16p to 0.19p. The last two daily candles look bullish to me. Ok, it could conceivably have another dip....maybe to 0.14p to 0.15p, but if it did and that is by no means certain then the conditions have been set up for a very sharp rebound. The scope for this rebound is there regardless of whether it does a further dip or not. Next Wed's AGM is galvanising attention. Release of 2nd Q results and or an announcement on the BP licence are factors.
