21/10/2016 11:04 | Laptop we can but hope! | bernieboy
21/10/2016 10:02 | They should make an example of brackanor Bernie, catch them with there pants down.....or spilling insider information to unknown sources!! It's blatantly obvious what's happened....now with TW at shareprophets doing an article as well maybe something will happen. | laptop15
21/10/2016 09:09 | Shareprofits article suggests that the FCA are looking into these shenanigans..... | bernieboy
21/10/2016 08:02 | Always a chance that they might terminate after this first drawdown of course as obviously Bracknor (or their buddies) have not played ball and kept to the agreement to shareprice manipulation. But as yorgi printed out - what proof do they have! | bernieboy
21/10/2016 07:48 | R88ave I don't think we are out of the woods yet. But maybe temporarily. They have converted 900k£ of 1.6m£ so still another 700k£ to go at some point. So 333m more shares if at the same price. After that hopefully Bod will terminate the deal and not go for the three additional 1m$ options. | bernieboy
21/10/2016 07:15 | Fairlight, if I remember rightly the deal is totalled to $3m and we have already converted $2m, correct me if Im wrong, but the amount is $1m due on request by Vast? So for now, as far as I understand the initial mess is sorted and the shares should start to recover imo. | r88ave
21/10/2016 06:53 | My take - Bracknor forward sold 400 million shs last week and reduced the share price so they can get a low average for their conversion of loan notes - they then converted after 5 lower share price days (to get a huge profit)the contract terms state the conversion is 10% below the average lowest share price for 5 days. They have now covered the forward selling - they will wait until the share price rises and do it again with the 4-500 million shs they can convert from the remaining loan notes and warrants. This type of funding is never long term and they will make 800 grand plus out of this deal in a matter of weeks leaving VAST share total diluted by 25% all for £1.5 mil cash. The share price dropped from .38p to .22p due to this in a matter of days - what happens when the next 400 mil are forward sold? Everybody happy? | fairlight
20/10/2016 18:34 | mmm..3 rns today. My take... Prior to warrant announcement, my Bracknor told his chums (outsiders) to short as much as possible. Roy BOD is getting angry emails left right centre. He gets in touch with Bracknor enough is enough. To cover his ass, first rns saying share trading is being investigated 5 mins later Bracknor announces to warrant loan conversion giving them a fair chunk of company share ownership for peanuts at 21p. Now that Bracknor have interest in the company I doubt they will want the share value dropping any further.. IMO this will rise gradually not to make it too blindly obvious!!! LOL You couldn't make this up eh.. | r88ave
20/10/2016 17:43 | So guys do we think that the loan notes have all be forward sold? Or the vast majority of them and maybe the next week or we will see an announcement that there holding percentage has dropped remarkably..... hhhhmm. I would if the rest of the funding deal will be stopped or suspensed or cancelled until the investigation is concluded? We might even see a rise tomorrow!! | laptop15
20/10/2016 16:26 | I'm not sure I see it quite that way Bernie in fact I don't think I would describe it as such. There is at least one very heavy weight on that spring at the moment which I fear will keep a check on that spring. EDIT Well you were right for the moment Bernie :-) | yorgi
20/10/2016 16:11 | Coiled spring anyone! ;-) | bernieboy
20/10/2016 12:39 | What are Bracknor going to do with 11.66% of the company? Long term holders from here? Do they have any more to convert from anymore loan notes? Cheers NR Isn't all this dilution going to be detrimental going forward? How much more dilution could yet come? | nick rubens
20/10/2016 11:40 | Laptop yes 3 Rns's! Let's hope this is put to bed now and we can start to motor in the opposite direction! | bernieboy
20/10/2016 11:38 | Bean I agree with yorgi here. As much as I am annoyed with the shareprice I don't really see it as stupid by the BoD. I think they have achieved the required funding in the only way available to them and market forces have done the rest. Whether that is forward selling by Bracknor or shortselling on their behalf to get the price down there is no evidence. The thing that is annoying with all of this, apart from the obvious is that whilst the company employees are having to waste time on this issue they lose time on running the real business. | bernieboy
20/10/2016 11:31 | We were certainly right about RNS's Bernie, 3 I'm a row!!! Now is there going to be much more selling or are they all done for a while....?? Or until investigation is concluded?? Interesting times...this could bounce now!! | laptop15
20/10/2016 11:06 | RNS... investigating unusual volumes in trading. Can only be a good thing. Hope they find out who's playing the system | ianio5691
20/10/2016 07:46 | Laptop I got some more yesterday too! Also expect an RNS soon! | bernieboy
19/10/2016 17:25 | Think your right bernie, Bought a few more today myself, think we will bounce soon and I believe we will definitely get an RNS tomorrow or Friday!Have a feeling the licence is going to drop either November or December, surely the Romanian government will want wrap this up before the year is over. They want to VAST suing them for loss of earnings and surely they will want there fee in this year's funding imo. | laptop15
19/10/2016 12:29 | Surely time for the shorts to close their positions soon!? | bernieboy
19/10/2016 10:54 | As per company website, company's three joint brokers are Brandon Hill, Peterhouse Corporate and Daniel Stewart. Financial adviser is Strand Hanson and legal advisors are Duane Morris and Charles Russell. | bernieboy
19/10/2016 10:17 | I see from the RNS that there seem to be 3 joint brokers | gemstar2 |
