Thanks for pointing this share out to me. I am always interested in Companies which don't seem to have attracted much attention so far.

The market cap at the moment is 16 million. What do you feel is a fair market cap for it today, and if they are compared to their peers?

VHL, a gold and silver explorer in Mexico and Paraguay is due to start production of the high grade ore body at its Diabilito gold mine in Nayarit State, Western Mexico in February 2005. Gold grades up to 33.53 g/t, average 12.13 g/t, and up to 6,250 g/t silver were indicated from the final assay results from the extension drilling at the property. The mine should produce an initial US$200,000 per month with costs estimated at US$135 / t and payback of Vane's capital expenditure will be achieved after 6/7 months.

Vane also has acquired a 100% option of a similar project at Mina Charay in Mexico's Sinaloa State, 300 kilometers to the north. Trenching has exposed a natural vein at least 250 metres long indicating values of 9-10 g/t of gold and 125/150 g/t of silver.

Vane has obtained an option in Paraguay over 3 blocks in the mineral rich Brazilian Pre-Cambrian Shield that intrudes into Paraguay where sampling has revealed 22 distinct gold anomolies, all of which are of significant size.( taken from Minesite article November 2004. )

There should be a good news flow over the next few months !!
