If there is a delay in first payment for 201 ( Suzy stated a possibility of rns if there was a delay) as theo has due diligence and cash raise as well as CRUK diligence. How long do you think valirx will go without placing bearing in mind that projections on cash burn of 350k per quarter is estimated to run out in end of feb? (See april 2021 rns)..
Plus payments are 2.2 mill dollars till end of 2023 (two years). Bearing in mind cash burn without new projects is £350k per quarter (£1.4mill annual) Do the math

Net net current asset value, a proxy for a company's minimum liquidation value at Orchard Funding is 66p. In the private market, there is no business Owner or Accountant that would sell you shares in this Company at current levels, period. I believe this very profitable company is not only tangibly very cheap but there are exciting potential earnings enhancing opportunities whether it be reapplying and securing a banking licence that would allow the Company to slash its cost of borrowing and transform its profitability or a possible bond issue announced last week or the commercial licensing of their lending software or an entree into new more lucrative markets that I believe have already been piloted.

Re Orchard Funding(ORCH), currently 52p bid, 57p offered.Even on a simple, ultra conservative, capitalisation of income method of valuation "zero growth" dividend discount model(RFR-0.564,RP-5.5, Beta-0.36,Annual Dividend 3p)that assumes no recovery in discretionary spending so no growth, we still have an intrinsic value of 118p per share-that's a substantial margin of safety for buyers at current prices. There were some 1.2mln shares bought yesterday and today on the sales of just 26k market makers have dropped the bid for another "tree shake" to shake out sellers.

If delay in payments then what? Suzy basically stated an rns would happen to inform investors of delay. Due diligence and fund raise from new company and CRUX diligence still required. Cash burn with delay equates to cash raise. In my view way too risky next two weeks.

Suzys broadcast last night.
Still on course for payments this year. She Hoped it would happen however she said if there was a delay they would rns it (with cash burn at 350k per quarter feb march cash runs out without deal) see rns from April 27th this year for projected cash burn)
She mentioned spv quite a lot but what really scared me was when she said 201 was a spv! That is the first time in 4 years that 201 was talked about in that way.
With suzy and kevin cox saying in a broadcast early this year about valirx “3 year plan”. This investment is in my opinion extremely high risk short term..in my view if there is a delay in payment this year then cash raise will be required!.

Re Mail Order and E-Commerce Group, N Brown(BWNG) trading at 39.8p. A Ben Graham net net and it trades under the JD Williams brand name as well as Simply Be, Jacamo, Ambrose Wilson and Home Essentials. Prior to the onset of the Covid pandemic, in March 2020, it was trading at 150p
