Chester we have been proved right. I note that the spread has narrowed significantly to just 0.5p which in my experience is a good sign fo a rally. I wonder how many MM there are on the offer at 21.5p and maybe another 10k buy will take them out. Will check Level 2

BBD-Just stick with it, a technical reaction/retracement is perfectly normal as VIG had clearly become very overbought. IMHO still massively undervalued and still a steal at current levels.Expect to see 30p+ in the next month or so. Have spoken about a credibility gap previously and this share will fly when Investors realise VIG this gap is unwarranted-the process has already started, and bar a small technical retracement every now and again, is unstoppable

blimey, most punters would have killed for this price yesterday - got to buy illiquid stuff like this when there's a seller about imo.

Agreed Baner-VIG is much better Company with better margins and growth prospects than Delcam.I may be proved wrong re bid but it isn't needed to see VIG go through 30p within the next couple of months.I have no intention of selling out anytime soon as VIG is still massively undervalued even after the recent rise. IMHO it's not too late for new Investors to buy at current levels if they look at the current rating and it's growth outlook. This Company's share price should still fly!!!

Certainly I feel that Investor's longer term returns would be better served by VIG's continued independence. Expect them to introduce a dividend in April 2008 when they will have the distributable reserves.

I think talk of a takeover is rubbish only that VIG is severely undervalued

if benchmarked with delcam these shares should be 35p and the question is in fact if VI Group is not an even better company: they have a superb strategy for growth product-wise as well as geographically. the shareholder structure being wide open, this is no doubt a take over target would the share price not fully reflect the potential.

Rainmaker - I could not stand any more disappointment this morning with Lambert Howarth LMBT and so I sold and bought some more VIG. Probably Ben Graham would have done the opposite i.e. buy on the falling share price and sell on the rising one.

Technically there has been a large base action forming for the last two years which bodes well for a long and sustained increase in the share price

Des and EJ- As per my previous posts see 547 on 10 April, expecting 30p within a couple of months but it may be reached in less than half that time.If you look back to 99 it moved from approx 10 to 36p in 2/3 months. I would not be at all surprised by another similiar move.VI Group IMHO is not just undervalued but chronically so.

As per my previous messages,I would estimate a conservative "intrinsic value" at around 36p but it could very easily go a lot higher this year.I have said on this BB before that it 25 years of Stock Market investing I haven't seen another share as undervalued as VIG. I think that what we are witnessing now is a ground shift of sentiment and the rapid closing of a credibility gap.If you are holding I would not recommend you even top slice this side of 30p

The 7729 sell was in fact a buy. Probably the same applies to other "sells".
