Transfer of Shares

Utilitywise (AIM:UTW), a leading independent utility cost management consultancy, announces that Geoff Thompson, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has today transferred, in aggregate, 900,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to three family trusts in equal proportions as detailed below (the "Transfers"). Mr Thompson is not a beneficiary of the family trusts but is a trustee therefore his aggregate direct and indirect shareholding remains unchanged at 8,559,414 Ordinary Shares representing 10.9% of the total voting rights of the Company.
