Transfer of Shares

Utilitywise (AIM:UTW), a leading independent utility cost management consultancy, announces that Geoff Thompson, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, is to transfer 600,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to certain family trusts as detailed below (the "Transfers"). Mr Thompson will not be a beneficiary of the family trusts.
