I think I will grab a few more if the price continues to drop.

Good luck to you, Andrew, if you win I’ll (probably) win too.

Personally, I’ve stopped trying to work out the price movements of AIM stocks. The market makers seem to have their own little agenda here and pull all the strings.

It's a very small market cap company, and someone is unloading - in lots of 5,000 by the look of it - so even though total sales only amount to around £150,000, with buys at £110,000, so net sales of £40,000; that has pushed the share price down 8%. Such are the markets right now. The fundamentals are good, so I'm happy to keep holding. Market timing and trading are not my forté, but sitting on my hands at the right time is, lol!

Just when you thought it can't get any cheaper - down it goes again.

Now trading at 8.5 x 2016 and 7.2x 2017 earnings estimates.Ridiculously cheap which makes this decline in share price even more puzzling!

"Tim Clarke, from Sharescope, the company behind Sharepad, said: “What we are looking for here is companies with strong quality, growth and safety characteristics but which also appear to be undervalued. Each share has to be cheap compared to its sector peers and relative to its own valuation.” "

"Utilitywise provides energy and water to companies, using scale to offer lower prices. The share price lurched about last year and investors saw a 43pc fall at one stage. Long-time backer Neil Woodford, the feted fund manager, was one of those who bought on this dip."

Utilitywise and Hayward Tyler among finnCap favourites for 2016
===============================================================

AIM-listed Utilitywise (LON:UTW) is another name on the hot list.

The North Tyneside firm specialises in getting companies the best value for their energy and water contracts.

Analyst Mark Paddon reckons shares, now worth 175p apiece could climb by 50 per cent, close to the 270p mark.

That data in the Fundamentals section above seems to quote 2014.

freddie ..pe of 14? Dont trust ADVFN financials. Brokers forecasting earnings of 19.2p for the current year rising to 22p next year. That translates to PE of 9.3 and 8 respectively at 180p.

FF, yes PE and PEG very attractive, which is what turned me on to UTW in the first place until the cash/accounting concerns kicked in, and further rubbed in by Panmure.

Well..200 has been resistance so a retest whether success or failure is pretty key, no? Other levels sub 200 seem a bit more fluid.

I agree zho and nor can I.However I have noticed a number of two digit and small three digit trades which I suspect are some coded transactions, but thats only a guess. Those trades could possibly explain the share price movement if they are what I think they are.

I can never see any rhyme or reason from looking at trades (and delayed trades) in how this share moves. Anyone else?

I agree, but put it down to the markets rather than the company and its performance.

Eventually I guess the price will sling shot upwards

This is a line from a recent UTW job advert (And I think this is where a lot of extra money comes in )

Key Responsibilities
•Achieve challenging KPI’s for existing clients. This will include a significant increase in revenue and profit through the selling of additional products and services.

It is worth bearing mind that they issued a very positive AGM statement as recently as 15 Dec.Here is a reminder..

"We are pleased to announce that the Group has made a solid start to the year, with trading during the period in line with expectations. The pace of recruitment is picking up and we anticipate our position continuing to improve, as per previous market guidance, as the year progresses.

Customer numbers as at 30 November 2015 were 28,507 and our secured future pipeline was GBP27.7m at the same date.

''We announced in October that we had reached an agreement with a key supplier that payment terms for an extension to an existing contract which has not expired would be the same as those for a new customer, with the majority of the revenue from such contract extensions falling due at the time the contract extension is signed. We are pleased to have reached a similar agreement with another of our key suppliers, also announced this morning and similar discussions are ongoing with other suppliers.

Additionally, we expect the recent oil price reduction to feed through to improved tariff opportunities for end consumers, providing further opportunities to serve our customers. We are also making good progress in developing further our multi-channel routes to market and will be in a position to provide further clarity on these in 2016. Overall, we continue to view the future with confidence."

The drop in the share price is therefore even more perplexing
