Chav I have just taken a punt on SOLG .I also bought BMN last week which I think has promise .As you say dyor.
I can't keep buying only UEN , Adler's will want me for the board vacancy . lol.

Morning all, I know I have preached SOLG to you this last 6-9 months and seen it go from 2p to 26p and more but this mornings rns results and it's going on Toronto stock exchange and London show this is world class and is going to go up much much more. Again my tip for the year and UEN of course. Just a heads up and as always dyor.

Urals over the years have had a catalogue of misfortune. Numerous drilling failures ,burst loading pipes, electrical fires ,police raids , false take over bids let alone the dramatic drop in the oil price, but still UEN is here and indeed a far safer investment now. With larger reserves ,production and assets .Their finance needs are planned for and under control. We have a growth plan akin with reducing production costs and the rising oil prices.

Canny Lass agreed patience is the plan here.3p+ is only the start imo.

It has been a long time coming.

The 'plan' is all macro then. We will rise as the price of oil rises.

Big build Stateside. China sucking in more commodities and re-balancing. Eurozone fractious. Article 50 about to hit UK and India trying out a massive monetary experiment for the RoW with a 'cashless' society...

All volatile events, all adding big inflation to the mix which oil is leading on, will then add to, and mining shares will all be great leveraged plays.

A paltry tiddler like UEN, massively beaten down on share price and market cap which is solidly producing, twice a year now, will be a great cash cow for those with eagle eyes.

Any other plan will help, but we've been here long enough to know that our management don't generally sail too far from shore and a cushy job.

If the inflation stokers come to pass expect our old 12p offer price to buy UEN in 2013 to be back in play...

Rip,It looks like a buy of 3.375p was reported after 5pm yesterday. The trade is showing on my streamer this morning. This trade probably tips the balance in favour of the 'buys'.

Happy New Year to all long term and new holders. Nice to see a little bit more blue on the first day of trading. If a few more buys can go through tomorrow we will hopefully get the 'tick up' to 3.25p on the bid. This slow level sustained rise is much better than those previous spikes that fall back as quick as they rose. All seems to be going to plan. :-).

Sinopec were interested in TAAS and Dulisma. Absolutely no interest in the current small/ under developed assets UEN currently have.

dont think UEN are in any hurry to sell out to anybody at the mo..they just very excited about developing their new acquisitions

thanks, I can confirm that it mentions UEN and Sinopec and 2008....it does however appear to be in a foreign language.

Regardless of the sentiment behind your post, a HNY to you and yours and all the other regulars here. One day UEN will either move up or down significantly, and given everything down is a much harder trick unless it really is run by a bunch of crooks...

thought of the day...last year they shipped 225,283 barrels from Arcticneft @ around $45 a barrel...costs haven't changed this year price c/be $55+ and alot more !!...do the math
