Skin in the game.. well, quite significantly..

Not had time to look @ the new appointment..

There is a seller @ play as well .. 800k odd and 1mill to me look like sells considering what was being bought.. so until that has cleared this is likely to stay around here..

However, recently there has been a lot of that.. so it could be by the time UPL reports, the seller will have moved on..

Beginning to think that any news could well propel this to 3 or 4x the share price Very limited shares in issues. Management and big holders seem to be gobbling stock added to that they are cash rich and have a FULL stock market listing....Remember the CEO was part of the management that took Cove from 2m to 1.2bn MC in 3 years.

Patience will pay off.. Directors here with quite a bit of skin in the game..

Zengas is correct so far.. around 60% held by major shareholders.. Once the stomach is full.. we may then hear of some news..

Stephen Staley CEO (formerly of Cove Enegy) has 8.1%.
Norza Zakaria Chairman holds 29.4% (18m of these bought 12 weeks ago).
Azil Bin Nasharuddin 10.54% (after yesterdays reported 22.5m buy notification).
Gerard Walsh 2.11%
Optiva Securities 7.03%.
Portman Capital 3.02%.

Above accounts for 60.2%

Anyone know where I can find up to date data on significant holdings? I thought this info had to be on a company's website but I can't seem to find it.

Trying to work out if purchased actually means something else in the English dictionary..

A few variables but this one defines it nicely..

Acquire (something) by paying for it; buy:

On another note.. 9 million sell @ 1.15p taken well.. that could be the last of the overhang..

AP, I am presuming that "purchased" means "bought" in the English language. I could be mistaken of course. :)

Upland (LSE:UPL), the oil and gas company actively building a portfolio of attractive upstream assets, announces that the Company received notification on 30th March 2016 that Norza Zakaria, Chairman of the Company, purchased 18,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 1p per share on that date.

Following the purchase, Mr Zakaria holds 62,876,642 ordinary shares in the Company (representing approximately 29.4% of the total shares in issue).
