You're right. My present smallholding is just 480,000 shares and I promise not to sell. This indicates the MMs hold little stock though small investors have about 150 million shares. Probably difficult to sell in quantity or to buy.

There is an outside possibility of Univision undertaking a reverse takeover bid allowing a larger company to get an AIM market quotation more easily. SK's efforts to unload a 50%+ interest in Univision has fallen on stony ground three times now.

Well there no point me selling now - although I am kicking myself about not having a stop loss in place - totally agree btw - either there’s no value here or the share is seriously undervalued - I know which I prefer!

Univision shares could well hit 0.25p again. On the other hand I would not rule out 2p either.

The shares could be delisted from AIM but just as likely to find an additional market place.

The shares if delisted would make it easier for SK to sell part of his holding without a bidder looking over his shoulder at the AIM market price.

The court case looks to be just a distraction and annoyance to shareholders as we do not know if the case brought against Univision has any merit. Univision says not?

Hidden behind all this is the real profitability of the rail contract and the fact Univision has not announced a single new contract for 15 months.

This situation and no news on Leader Smart sits squarely with the company's Chairman. Though the CEO is in the driving seat but maybe the Chairman pulls the reins from the seat behind.

Generally buck up SK you can do much better than this. Don't let it fall apart!

I don't know why demerging a non-productive asset should damage trust. I don't have a problem with it but I guess if you need your bottom drawer for socks you may think differently.

I still wouldn't go anywhere near this, even if it hit my last entry point of 0.2p at the moment. The trust for Stephen Koo since the Leader Smart fiasco has diminished to zero. I wouldn't be surprised if it delists from UK eventually...maybe sooner than some may think.

Tuesday 19 April is the up-and-coming key date. Meanwhile, the market cap at 0.45p stands at £1.56 million which does seem very low despite the risk factor. Difficult for a substantial holder to average down as an attempt to buy 20 million shares would rocket the price.

[It is difficult to work out a value here for Univision though I suspect it is somewhere between zero and £5 million.
The failed bids to buy a controlling stake from the company's Chairman that flopped do not sit well.
If what Univision says is OK in law then no problems on 19 April.
If it turns out otherwise it adds to financial difficulties at least.
I'm concerned about the longer-term loan book and holdups.
No new contracts announced for some time now and falling profits and dividends.
Although no longer part of Univision the lack of news on Leader Smart Holdings since 2016, hived off in 2015, also does not sit well.

More likely it's delayed because of Covid. HK has lost control and now has the highest death rate in the world.
