The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms relating to the issue by United Utilities Water Finance PLC of:

(a) GBP 38,000,000 0.01 per cent. RPI Linked Notes due 9 December 2031 (the "Series 56 Final Terms");

(b) GBP 29,000,000 0.01 per cent. RPI Linked Notes due 9 December 2036 (the "Series 57 Final Terms");

(c) GBP 20,000,000 0.245 per cent. CPI Linked Notes due 9 December 2031 (the "Series 58 Final Terms"); and

(d) GBP 20,000,000 0.379 per cent. CPI Linked Notes due 9 December 2036 (the "Series 59 Final Terms"),

each under the United Utilities PLC and United Utilities Water Finance PLC multi-issuer EUR 7,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme and each unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by United Utilities Water Limited.
