Unicorn AIM VCT plc (the "Company")
Offer for Subscription - Update
The Company published a prospectus on 19 January 2017 ("the Prospectus") containing an offer for subscription of up to GBP15 million through the subscription of up to a maximum of 12 million Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("the Offer"). Full details of the Offer are contained in the Prospectus.
The Directors are pleased to announce that they have been advised that, on the basis of subscription forms received to date and assuming that they are all accepted, the Offer will be fully subscribed.
Investors whose subscription forms are received after Friday 3 February 2017 are likely, therefore to have their subscription returned in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Offer.
The allotment of shares will be based on the Net Asset Value as at 31 January 2017 and will take place following its announcement to the market.
