Issue of Equity
The Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that on 5 September it allotted and issued 8,706,887 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price range of between 166.71p and 169.64p per share under the Offer for Subscription launched on 25 July 2017.
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, and dealings are expected to commence on 11 September 2017.
Following this allotment, the Company now has 107,654,751 Ordinary Shares in issue.
