GBC0l, it finished me and others off - aim crooks.

Like yourself have other investments, luckily no link to the dodgy aim market, or dodgy CEO's that post RNS, return to profit, collect/steal more of pi's money.

Out of interest will continue to monitor the rob dogs.

Just got this note on my nominee account

"Please be advised that the Liquidators have confirmed that the Company is insolvent and that there will be no return to shareholders.

Shares were removed from accounts on 15 September 2016.2

Wasn't expecting anything different but confirmation that the crooks have won again. A painful loss but a useful lesson learnt (i.e. AIM market is bent and to steer clear or at least, proceed with extreme caution).

Fortunately other investments mean I can absorb this but couldn't take many hits of this scale.

However I can now fully move on. The final step will be to remove ULT from my monitored BBs. It could and should have been so different but no point harping on with could-have-beens. I just hope there is some justice dished out to the crooks involved but I doubt there will be.

Nah it was cut and dried by master planners defo..!! He wanted out, got his pal to post return to profit, grab more of pi's money, announcement to bust it 100%.

No smoke without fire, loads and loads of directorships resigned from... does an innocent man take that route....

Does a decent CEO announce by RNS, the company is expected to return to profit...followed by an announcement that knowingly will collapse the shareprice.

What kind of ex stockbroker would announce he wants ult out the stock market and may or may not fund them, set up, clear as the nose on your face.

Before any of this hit the fan bell wanted ult out the stockmeerket..!!

The rescue plan handed pi's investment direct control of CEO and Bell, to do as they please.

More than one way of skinning a cat, the end is the same, pi's removed from their investment, company continues trading in hiding.
