Thinking back bell made a rescue offer, pi's fell for it, then they looked at their stock holding after pledging money and realised he was trying to nick the business and their holding were wiped out, another ploy to raise more money from pi's....the cancellation did a big favour to those that partook the offer.

Then the mystery extensive stock holder no name.

John Smith's mysterious £100k he found available to buy nick stock on bells terms.

This obvious plan was created before return to profit rns, so far the company has survived with two additional directors currently trading as 365, they got their way in the end, my guess bell averaged out with his team.

Although delisted, the complaints were made before delist date, aim should continue a full investigated imo.
