01/10/2014 09:31 | Zeus was with the company 2 full years, may be contract period ended.. Close to 90% of Aim listed companies appoint one financial firm to act as their adviser and broker to save time and cost. UTN lost £70k last 6 months, it should be looking to reduce cost, not to up it, unless there is a good reason to spend the extra money. IMHO!!! | maysun
01/10/2014 09:20 | But why change Zeus just because of a contract win. Should we be looking for a conflict of interests. For example Tim Metcalf appears to be Nomad for hxxp://www.itm-power | mikekay
01/10/2014 09:10 | The extra expense of splitting the roles of adviser and broker, why? | maysun
01/10/2014 09:03 | Going on the past changes of Brokers with UTN, the new Brokers have always been listed on the interim results report, however this set of results shows Zeus still listed as its broker. This would suggest that the change was not planned, it was necessary and it was triggered by an event. That event forced the change, the company is still debt free and has cash in the bank, revenues always increase for cognito in the second half of the reporting period so this will generate the working capital in the near term; their focus is on something that has grabbed their immediate attention. I still back a follow-on order in Saudi | greengrass3

01/10/2014 08:31 | Bulletin board morons. | treacle32
01/10/2014 08:14 | ooh, "my screen" is showing it down 12% :-) It's probably wrong though. | flexton
01/10/2014 06:52 | Treacle, "One crying off saying the price was down 17%" Er where did I say the price was down 17%? I think you'll find I said it was showing down 17% on my screen. Slight difference don't you think. Daily Mail reader by any chance? :-D And I see you keep copying and pasting my posts from other boards :-) :-) Tragic!! | flexton
30/9/2014 23:54 | Treacle32, It is indeed a shame that those that brought in on the back of possible contract news have sold out on the back of interim results which were never going to be great anyway. In my opinion that is why the MM`s are happy to take on stock because they know that the contract news is still out there and when released will see this share rocket, so for the moment they are happy to accumulate stock by keeping the bid high given the selling. If it were any other way and the MM`s did not want to take the stock onto their books then they would have widened the spread to stop the selling. | fido
30/9/2014 23:13 | he only had 1.4m shares here ? so it's hardly any loss to him given he has made £100k so far on his other trades this year to 'fund his lifestyle' | the stigologist
30/9/2014 23:12 | lol treetard is losing the plot | the stigologist
30/9/2014 22:06 | Like 2 women fighting over a handbag. Why don't you both meet up for a pint? It was worth unfiltering both of you to confirm my original points weeks and weeks ago. Clueless, moaners like old women. One crying off saying the price was down 17% today when it was just under 6% and the other looking for UTN name on website snippets despite RNS years ago showing detail of UTN acting as distributor. Any thoughts on why it remained just 1 MM on 0.90p offer despite the selling? Why MMs not rushing to bring the buy price down? Any thoughts on why PMUR decide to join as a market maker today? Why a week after new advisors? Why for the 1st time in years? PMUR expecting alot of business and profit from volume increase in UTN in the near future imo. | treacle32
30/9/2014 21:50 | Once again Barrie we are on the same sheet. It's always Silicon and Akhter rather than Utn. Someone's taking the pish imo. | flexton
30/9/2014 21:40 | Flexton Well you certainly don't hear UTN mentioned when ever Silicon CPV is talked of. Maybe I'm asking too much. Why doesn't Ahkter put all the other companies into UTN it would make things so much easier and us shareholders could see where we stand. | barrie16
30/9/2014 21:25 | Possibly contracts I hear you say. | flexton
30/9/2014 20:33 | Flexton Could it be that UTN had no joy whatsoever with the projects in Mexico, South Africa, Saudi. If that was the case surely the company would inform us | barrie16
30/9/2014 20:28 | Treacle Believe me the last thing I want to do is moan about UTN All I want is positive vibes. I have certainly held this share for longer than I should. Genuine question What is your take on market maker PMUR dealing in UTN. | barrie16
30/9/2014 17:48 | What a bunch of rubbish? Sod off please or moan on the wife. Anyone care to ask PMUR on why they have started as a market maker in UTN? And why now after all these years? Is it because they expecting to make some good business from the trading in UTN shares in the near future? | treacle32
30/9/2014 17:11 | Absolutely nothing Barrie, as per. | flexton
30/9/2014 16:58 | Greengrass3 Very strange, absolutely no information on progress in Mexico South Africa Saudi Arabia. No update on Unground heat source pumps. The intrim was lacking in substance. What is going on?? | barrie16
30/9/2014 16:37 | Sorry, if I got it wrong. You been negative with your holding most of the time, makes me think that you are concern. Btw, any broker can delist an Aim company at the company's request. I failed to see the logic of hiring a new broker to do the job. | maysun
30/9/2014 16:24 | What do you mean stress? | flexton |
