|Just catching up here on the acquisition of Conveyancing Alliance. Seems to be historic PER of 9.3x (2015) and thus signifcantly earnings enhancing as consideration in cash. Takes co into estate agents market. Provided that the housing market is steady in 2017, this looks a strong deal and justifies the 15p share price rise.|

Trading Update and Notice of Results
The Group predicts continued strong growth, despite a stable outlook for the housing market. The Board foresees significant scope to continue to increase conveyancing market share, in what remains a highly fragmented market.
The recently completed investment in HomeOwners Alliance is expected to deliver incremental growth in conveyancing volumes contracted directly with customers via the Company's eConveyancer platform. HomeOwners Alliance will also become the platform through which the Group will promote its Estate Agency comparison service, Estateagent4me.
The Board anticipates further growth in the year ahead as it continues both to increase market share in its chosen verticals and benefit from new contract wins.
|That's quite a big beat of >£1m on revenue and £0.2m on PTP market forecasts. Should yield about 4% on these numbers, which is pretty good for an AIM stock with growth prospects.|
|Always like a company that beats market expectations. This should move the price, but not sure it will remove many of the sceptics on the UK housing market. But this looks a structural change in the conveyancing market that ULS is leading, along with fixed price estate agents.|

|I got stopped out on the 16th Oct but in spite of the results I think its more about timing than the business model. If this had listed in 2010 it would have been a flyer. Its obviously going to be very cyclical & I agree it needs to widen its customer base. Worth watching after the next recession or the next housing stimulus whenever that is.|
