I've heard that UKOG were expecting to validate that they will be sitting on one third of the UK's projected oil imports over the coming years. Anyone know if this is correct?

Don't worry they're fully funded for BB-1 after raising £6m and the well being under budget. They'll also get test production from HH and likely BB-1 oil sold. But I wouldn't blame them if they raised a few £m over 3p. After all they may be on the verge of confirming further support for a monster stratigraphic oil accumulation of national significance.

Oh no regrets I wouldn't risk much more on expo wells these days. I'm quite happy with what I've got though and the entry price. :) Interesting that they're still in KL-4 must be pretty extensive. A total of 450m of clays and limestones expected from top of KL-4 to TD. Well we can't expect much more than lots of oil shows, including live or mobile light oil and wet gas at this stage. Makes the deeper limestones equally as prospective, certainly shaping up to be a very interesting well and some very bullish comments from the CEO today.

Surely the share price is not reacting strongly enough.
Have they not just demonstrated a 30km radius oil basin inland that won't require massive capex in terms of deep sea platforms/infrastructure?

Edgin 2% of your portfolio is good risk management and you cant have any regrets about that - it's sensible investing and could easily have gone the other way - still might !

Well, there you go. Good RNS for holders and will definitely drive some excitement. Anyone who got in before that will no doubt have done well.

Before anyone gets too excited please do consider the cash position - oil is great, but a business it does not make. You may bemoan me for being a negative nelly, but this excitement happened previously with HH-1 and the chart says it all as to what happened next.

Anyway, I won't say anything further on that as I've made this point several times. Enjoy.
