Just topped up with 15428 shares @ 57.62p. Hasn't shown up, but give it an hour or so. Didn't think I'd get in below 60p again. Will stop now for a bit as I've now got 140,000 shares. Extremely confident with this one which is why I've built up a position here. Still looking at £1 before Xmas, with some good news out of Australia.

Interesting point you make LLLtud.
The charts on iii use 26, 50 & 200 which I find generally ok, although admit that charting is less useful for very small AIM stocks.
I am still no expert in TA, so try to use TA to support the Fundamentals where appropriate.
Anything that helps avoid costly mistakes is worthwhile IMO.

Hi Plasybryn. I'm still reading through the book on charting you recommended. Weinstein knew/knows his stuff.

I'm very grateful.

However, I'm not sure that his 200 day, 50 day and 30 day moving averages are so relevant these days given the speed with which things move due to the internet. ADVFN, for example, use 100, 45 and 15 day sma's.

Do you still stick with his moving averages or have you gone for shorter periods of smas?

I'll just add one more thing, then I'll leave the topic.

On my browsing of the boards, I've come across the suggestion that there are gangs of professional investors targetting the discussion boards of companies that seem on the up, like Cloudbuy, in order to influence other investors and the share price by dominating the discussion and mocking and abusing anyone attempting to have a reasoned discussion.

Apparently, some of them have a particular dislike of newbies and try to drive them off. Rather like was tried with me.

I don't know whether any of this is true but it certainly seemed to explain recent events.

Just saw I was moderated by uber-troll N3tleylucas on another @uk thread for flagging up a bizarre dispute he was having with another poster identified elsewhere on these boards as himself! Remarkable. Must pass this on to the Iofina board users who have been repeatedly trolled by N3 and his various aliases for months.
