Possible Offer and date for publication of results

Unitech Corporate Parks Plc ("UCP" or the "Company") announces that it has
received an approach regarding a possible offer for the entire issued share
capital of the Company. The proposal is subject to a number of pre-conditions
and accordingly there can be no certainty that any offer will be forthcoming nor
as to the terms on which any offer might be made. A further announcement will
be made as soon as appropriate.

UCP intends to announce its results for the year ended 31 March 2010 by the
end of August 2010. As referred to in the Company's half-yearly results, UCP
adopts a cautious and conservative approach to the build-out of its portfolio
which reflects the progress of leasing as well as the evolving global economic
and business environment. UCP continues to remain cautious in respect of its
commitments and has consequently extended the completion schedules of a number
of its projects. Such extensions also reflect the latest trends in letting
activity where the recent draft Direct Tax Code, issued by the Indian Government
proposing changes to certain special economic zone tax benefits, has created
uncertainty in the letting market. A full update on UCP's portfolio and leasing
progress, together with a summary of the 31 March 2010 market valuation of the
Company's properties will be set out in the forthcoming annual results
statement.

For sure news has been thin on the ground. We had a flurry of buying from Fairway Advisory Services and previous to that Nectrus were buying.

Results last year were on 14-08 so an update can't be far off and hopefully further purchases by Nectrus. Hopefully the results will paint a positive picture and Nectrus will come back into the market for more stock.

No news for 4 months and even then it was only a holding rns.

No real news since 29/12/09 (half year report) that however did include abit about extra space being leased before June 2010.

Three of UCP's six assets are in Noida or Greater Noida. The above is referring to resi pricing, but with improving transport links it sounds positive nonetheless.

In the last conference call Jan 2010 it was stated an update on leasing would be made with in 3/4 months. So hopefully we will hear something in the next 30 days.

Surely they must be able to find some tenants with the Indian economy growing at 8.5%?
