Results tomorrow.

Taken out a long on the stock.

Looks too cheap to me and chart tready for a breakout.

Great run up in these shares in the last 2 weeks. Still sit on a yield on the prospective final dividend of over 3% and with further disposals today cleaning up the stable of titles, I think it should have some way to go. 2012 PE of just 10x looks too cheap.

Excellent results and presentation just a few days ago and UBM hasn't go higher? UBM doing business all over the world with substantial profits from emerging markets. Why so depressed by the problems in Greece and Italy?

UBS upgraded business events organiser and publisher UBM from neutral to buy, saying that the group's near-30% underperformance versus the sector over the year to date has been overdone.

"We have previously been relatively cautious on UBM given concerns that EM exhibition launches may weigh on margin expansion & that incremental investment could be required to support growth in PRN and Data & Services," said analyst Alastair Reid and Polo Tang.

However the stock's underperformance coupled with potential returns on investment moving closer, the broker raises its rating and removes UBM from the 'Least Preferred List'. A 630p price target was kept.

UBM Nomura: reiterated reduce, tp cut to 665 from 683

slowly and surely this keeps edging North. There have been upgrades from what I can see and hopefully the analyst visit to explain the less well understood element of their business has helped this week. TP from one broker upped to £7.50 (DYOR) from what I can see and not far off 60p eps for next year. Am holding for more gradual appreciation and yield....

surely not one recommend from barclays, i am a long term holder from days

No problems, broker notes are all very positive, thought there was supposed to be an update today, cannot see it, but shares continuing to move North so happy days at the moment. Hopefully a few more were in at lower levels.
