@Gbill11 - it's hopelessly illiquid, not the worst out there but regularly gets pushed around on wide spread. Keep trying (or leave an order) is my advice.

I've held UAI for 6 months and think it is massively undervalued.
I think the market is cautious and waiting for the results to come out to assess how well it is doing. May well get an uptick befoe results but I am sure that it will rerate to much fairer value this year, but you never know when these things are going to occur,but still a great share to hold in my view as value will eventaully come out.

Last week saw a sudden uptick in volume and an associated small rise, this after the share price appeared to be threatening the 160p support. Of particular interest has to be the purchase of 417k @ 165p yesterday afternoon. The chart shows a coiled spring pointing toward the time for those Prelims in April. A breakout North ahead of those results must surely be on the cards:

A bit more volume today and a slight move up. I wonder if we have hit the bottom? The discount here and dividend make it very attractive in a market where so much looks overvalued.

Only just over a month until year end. Wonder if they might release one or two rnses as evidence that they are on track with their development/trading gains. Remember that these gains are intrinsically linked to the level of special dividend that is likely to be paid out. I am expecting lower than the 8.00p special paid in the last 2 yrs. Digital Look are forecasting total payout (including special) of 7.40p for the current FY which equates to a special payment of 1.50p
