I don't think anyone picked up on the following from the results:

"Heads of terms signed with a major UK-based capital partner to create a Build to Rent platform"

That could be very significant going forward: I think L&G committed a large sum (£600/800m, can't remember) to Build to Let and there is a general view in the property community that there is a huge demand for such property. It's a major opportunity imo.

Thx SKYSHIP. Choice between RLE and UAI but the dir buys Dec/Jan/Jun made UAI the strongest contendor. Target 250p so +27% here with divis on top. Yield about 7.5%. The chart looks very strong. My second property holding after LXB.

I've bought a few more. I'm no chartist but the chart looks strong to me and the discount to NAV and underlying yield mean that this is substantially derisked imo.
