TyraTech, Inc. (AIM: TYR and TYRU), a life sciences technology company focused on nature-derived insect and parasite control products, announces that it was informed on 21(st) April 2016, that Jim Hills, Non-Executive Director, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company on the 15(th) April 2016 at a price of 5 pence per ordinary share. In addition, Mr. Hills purchased a total of 100,000 shares at a price of 4.5 pence per ordinary share and 50,000 shares at a price of 4.25 pence per ordinary share on the 21(st) April 2016.

Following these transactions, Mr. Hills is now interested in 2,529,957 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.69 per cent of TyraTech issued share capital (voting rights).
